I just seen & learned today at this moment I belong in Hong Kong..
I must find a Path like that
That apartment is spotless wow
As a property agent in HK who leased a flat in this building, this place is called Tung Fat building and is one of my favorite in the entire city.
Are there any transactions happening in Tung Fat? What are the capital prices of apartments in Tung Fat HK. Now I am curious.
How many flats do they have?
Love it
Is so clean and neat
Also she is so friendly and her attitude make her look even prettier than she is
This is huge and the use of space is the ultimate luxuary in HK as normally it would be used for everything every inch.
Would never let a random person lie on my bed.
as a Hong Kong person this is the reason why I want to immigrate
Is it too expensive?
@@phumlanizondi6516 yes.
@@phumlanizondi6516it costs you a kidney and 2 eyeballs to pay rent let alone mortgage
She is so freaking gorgeous!!!!
Ikr. She's so curvy too. Would.
Chill chill 🤣🤣🤣
He gets in so many people’s beds he could live rent free! 😂
Everything about this one!! The apartment is nice too
No matter who it is, the walk ups are always SO unbelievable… you don’t have to have to act like these aren’t set up🤣
Your life is a set up!
Nice and clean! Totally love it
Most of rich ppl in hk they will have housemaid to keep their house n everything clean
Just like her feet
She must be very wealthy to have a home that is this big and beautiful in Hong Kong of all places. Real estate isn’t cheap there. Replace is fabulous though I ain’t gonna lie.
it's a nice blank canvas but paying 10000$ and not decorating at all feels so bad
She is super chilled!! ❤❤
That bathroom and the entire place is beautiful ❤
I pay 14k but my house is much smaller than this
1300 square feet for 10k a month!!!! That is insane
$10k is already a ridiculous money for U.S and she pays $10k in H.K, fck that's a lot of money for HK, much more than U.S. She's filthy rich to be able afford that. I wouldn't be surprised if she's a multi millionaire.
Edit: People, I am Asian too and i know there are many Asian cities which are expensive than US but the currency disparity is still there, that's the only reason i wanted to compare HK to US. By no means did i say HK is poor or cheap.
Hong Kong is expensive af. It’s basically NYC. It’s not a cheap or poor place by any means.
Then I would probably tell you that many places in Asia are more expensive than US, such as HK, Tokyo, Singapore and Shanghai
Imagine paying that much to rent a house in China where if you j-walk across the street your photo is put on blast and the fine is taken directly out of your account. America might be a laughing stock and our “president” can not finish a sentence before forgetting what he was saying, but at least we don’t have that type of crazy shit going on, although it’s coming soon to a neighborhood near you! The global currency is in development and sooner than later it will be come the only acceptable use of payment, cash will become 100% obsolete, there’s already plenty places who do not accept cash. This new currency is the beginning of the New World Order. Sounds insane but it’s true.
Dude, world cities are just expensive if tou want to live in the centre. Not just in the U.S.. Honkong is a great example, also London ore Paris.
$10k would be comparatively more in the US than HK. Hk is the financial hub of Asia, real estate is scarce and very expensive. Cost of living is high. Tiny apartments the size of what the US think are tiny homes would go for $1-2mil USD.
So she pays 5x my mortgage for the same sq ft? And I’m over here complaining that California is too expensive…that’s insane.
