Skyfall trailer in the mode of the vintage James Bond trailers from the 1960's - most notably the trailer for Thunderball that I used as a template.
Since I had done 'updated' trailers for Bond films before I thought I would attempt the opposite of those projects and take the latest 007 film and see how it would look if it was being marketed during the height of Bond-mania in the 60's.
Obviously I tried incorporate all that stuff that we would never see in movie trailers today - that nifty melodramatic narration and bright graphics and titles those older trailers would use.
I always found it kind of funny how they would use different colors for the lettering (I guess that was to make it look a bit more dazzling and create excitement) and they never could seem to settle on just one font to use!

This is really perfect, I wish blockbuster trailers were still this fun. They all feel so samey now.

What is the possibility for a verus segment between the superior original Get Cater vs the Sly remake Get Cater. Even Sir Michael Caine in an interview didn't wish to make a comment about his role in the re-make as it wasn't a pleasant experience for him. In the meantime, keep up the brilliant work.

I definitely plan on doing it! It's just a matter of carving out enough free time to work on it.
