You know you have good content when I am re-watching a review for a bike I care absolutely nothing about...
Same lol😅
Me too! Haha
literally me right now.
Same.
My same thoughts 💭
what was the ice cream budget on this shoot
Smaller than the cocktail budget...!
Probably free...ish
Stole it from his kid 🍼
@@iammaximus614 the ice cream or the booze?
Please start using question marks
Love the The Three Flavors Cornetto trilogy references and editing style
I've never wondered what an Edgar Wright bike review would be like, but now I know, and I'm happy I do.
The amount of creativity, witty remarks, thought-out review detail, and the production value in all your videos. You're doing Canada proud, brother!
Nice comment, aye.
Also, sorry..
They get better and better with time. Discovered them quite recently and the content is awesome.
They do motorcycling proud.
That was filmed in Montreal....😜
The frozen tattoo had me in tears of laughter. There is nothing that comes close to the quality and entertainment of the FortNine reviews. Brilliant stuff team.
"Nope too scary", he really had me going
"Hell, bring back the XR1200 if you'd have to"
Bless you Ryan!
XR750, XR1000 or XR1200 ,,,I would have all 3 if they were exactly the same as the early 1970s XR Harley's
Blown away by your review style, beautiful shots, and fantastic editing and color grading. Fantastic job, subbed, will continue to follow.
Never thought you would be here but I’m pleasantly surprised you are
Yo wassup, how is harley in China? Can you do a video? Maybe on foreign motorcycle brands in China?
It sucks that I have no friends that would appreciate this
Me too buddy. Finding people with similar interests is hard, even with internet.
I'll appreciate it with you
Well my friend calls me a hog for liking this. (Heavy Old Geezer)
Bruh same
Buy a Harley & it'll buy you friends to appreciate it 😂
Wow! Almost none of your viewers noticed the "the world's end" theme in the video. Loved all the effort you put it. Amazing.
Nice "tribute" to Edgar Wright
This was like watching a top gear episode on motorcycles. Well done.
oh my god that frozen tattoo & arm slap
Joseph M. Gerace i read this as it happened and it made my day
Know who you are and you will always be cool. This guy knows who he is, lol
hahaha.. whoever hired you guys and let you run wild is a god damn genius.
Elsa tatoo killed me 🤣
What an interesting way to review this bike. I love the way you broke it down all to relate this one bike to all the areas they are trying to cover.
The information that blew me away the most was this guy is actually 6 foot 3 inches.
2:48 she was checking you out dude
Knew Harley's should be good for something hahaha
@Pep K Amen
Pep K she want him to leave them nuts hanging outside.
@Pep K Isn't it past your bedtime little boy?
Pep K yo wtf grow up damn
Best motorcycle channel out there. Great work - slick editing, informational and funny as hell!
Ryan in a leather vest sans shirt is about the best thing I have seen today on the internet. I would be less surprised if I saw my sanitation crew in tuxedos and top hats as they hang off their truck.
This is a total masterclass in bike reviewing. And bloody funny. Kudos! P.s to those that were not sure which bike was being reviewed... sorry (not sorry) to judge, but am guessing maybe you didn't quite manage to concentrate enough through the whole 10 mins and 33 seconds to get it?
Or read the title?
Bla Bla Ha, Yep. Although that didn't play as well to my interwebz + 3 minute attention span narrative/rant ;)
but am guessing maybe you didn't quite manage to concentrate enough to read the title?
See? I fixed it.
This is like the (old) Top Gear (new Grand Tour) of motorcycles!
The creativity, edits & reviews are fantastic!
Liquid Pixels, couldn't agree more, my friend!
It's like Top Gear without boorish middle-aged twats. I highly approve :)
thats like the highest badge of honor
I've been watching your videos for a while now with appreciation for your work and even implemented some of your suggestions way back on my first bike. But this was the video that won you my subscription.
Awesome review guys. As a Gen Y dude myself, I was previously in the market for a cruiser and was looking at HD bikes. I test rode quite a few of them, but having been spoiled by the smooth, sporty metrics, I found myself wanting something... More refined. One day, my dad mentioned that Indian was having a demo day in town. Naturally, I went in search of some free rides just for fun BUT I found myself the proud owner of an Indian Scout a couple of hours later. I had never been so smitten with a bike. It was everything I needed. Now, I want Indian and HD to compete like the old days but with everything HD is putting out lately... Idk man. We may not see that.
"Make the lowrider S cheaper" - *CAN I GET AN AMEN*
Supernova12034 praise Gozer
Amen. ~RF9
AMEN
make all the dynas cheaper lol. hell im down for the fxd platform being replaced entirely by the older and better fxr. keep the models the same lowrider s, fat bob, street bob etc, just give it the fxr frame.
Outlaw Rides that would make it more expensive lol harley phased it out because of price on production and from consumer assessments that the beautiful v bend made it not nostalgic 😑. I'd like smack those people upside the head
"Definitely some kind of Triumph " that was just the greatest roast on Harley
Ps- I'm a Harley fan too but that was a good roast
Only PS that actually worked. 90+ likes and no comments disagreeing in 4 years.
Honestly this is one of the hilarious bike reviews i have ever seen😂
despite my lack of knowledge about motor bikes, I still found this video very entertaining. Great job man :
"Onto the hipster bar!" >starts walking bike because it's a custom cafe racer now< lmaoooo
A LOT of thought has gone into making of a video that's just 10 min long...!
Very impressive...!
I thought it was because hipsters are concerned with pollution and global warming..🤔
those are hippies, two completely different things
German Zamora Good point
Totally didn't get that part... they say a joke isn't funny if you have to explain it, but in this case, untrue! Thanks!
Always the most entertaining and honest reviews on CZcams LOL well done Ryan!
Very clever video. Perfectly executed. Made sense every step of the way. One of the best reviews I have seen today about HD.
Definitely the funniest/most entertaining reviews on CZcams. Love them
The motorcycle that literally no one asked for... makes you wonder how ridiculous of a place their marketing department really is.
Think they were trying for a buell?
shadetree surgeon ducati scrambler style Cafe racer lol
For all that time, I was trying to figure out the 'logic' behind HD Street Rod and now you've made it crystal clear...!
Buell...!!!
Yes, this bike is definitely following the footsteps of Buell Blast, albeit with a V-Twin and slightly better styling, which isn't saying much...
Anyhow, I'd still very much prefer The Ducati Scrambler or perhaps The Triumph Speed Twin over this HEAP... I absolutely love the growl of the air-cooled Desmo Twin on The Ducati while I love the quality and attention to detail of The Triumph...
And then there's always Moto Guzzi V7...
shadetree surgeon I think the marketing department is hoping to sell these to 1/4% of the population in India. That will be the 2 million units they're hoping for. And if China jumps on them too, well that's a bonus for The Motor Company. And the whole while here in Canada and the USA no one will give a hoot that it doesn't sell well here. My opinion only.
And yet i see more of these than i see Yamaha bolts.just because you don't want one doesn't mean no one wants one.
Just stumbled on this channel and I have to say, by far the best and most interesting and fair reviews of products, gizmo's and gadgets I've seen to date. You earned a new Sub. Keep it up.
Fortnine: "Praying Indian dont find it first"
Indian: "ftr 1200
The ftr1200 is not the answer. We wanted the ftr750. A light quick American sport bike. We got a cruiser with a different exhaust and tank
@@vicv071122 idk I bought one it's pretty badass. Definitely not a cruiser it corners amazing and pops the front wheel no problem. I would love to see an even more race oriented bike though (albeit not for me) I just want to see and American race bike again. Hopefully Indian will make the 750.
Indian has handed Harley a slap in the face & a middle finger in a big slice of market share kind of way....
Over price
@master DOGE OH GOD THE MODS. I think the ftr was just an excuse for indian to use the HD philosophy for once. But they should have made another cruiser to advertise to boomers. But they made a "sports bike" for the youth. but their challenger is amazing value though.
I Really liked this style of review and instantly subscribed to your channel. Keep up the good work.
One of your best edited videos! Had me laughing the whole time!
Ryan F9 - "Harley wants to pull two million riders in the next ten years. And to do that they'll need us youths to understand why H.D. is worth the premium price tag" Answer: They're not worth it. You can get something better, more reliable, cheaper, faster, better built, from almost every other manufacturer. Another awesome video FortNine. You guys are killing it. Keep up the great work!
Harley is a victim of its own success.
Because all normies associate biking with Harley, the only bike I did not want to get was... a Harley.
Besides, it has an old man image - sweaty, bearded, obese squids wearing a Viking helmet, minus the horns.
holymolie if you think speed is the only thing that makes a bike worth anything then you don't understand what motorcycling is. also Harley's are amazingly reliable (it's not 1942 anymore) I can beat the holy hell out any my Harley's and they totally fine. they run just as good at 60k as they did at 1k. I ride with sport bike guys and in a lot of ways they are jealous of my bikes.
plus at the end of the day, mine are worth more. also I ain't some big beard leather clad typical "Harley guy" I hate them they suck. I've owned a ton of ujm bikes. but a Harley is a different world. and it's a damn good one.
Cameron Sprague pretty sure you missed the posters point, pick a category, not JUST speed, and someone does it better and usually for less.

harleys are shit
Tom Eierdam they shit cause a few guys got they leg burnt? shit I have two twin cam Harley's like they talking about. my Dyna don't even have heat Shields on the pipes and I've never got a burn. if you don't have situational awareness you should not be on a bike. as for them "running hot" one use full synthetic oil and don't sit in traffic on an air cooled engine and think it's gonna run cool. that's just dumb. hell I live in a hot hot hot fuckin state and my bills don't ever come close to over heating cause I won't just sit with it running.
also really you think cause 4 guys. and that article does state it is only 4 people. are crying that a whole company is crap?
you are fuckin stupid. I've owned about 30 bikes. all air cooled. they all ran hot and risked burns. so really. why do you think they suck? cause you don't understand that they are about low end torque, not top speed. of that they are big and heavy, long? or is it just cause you think you can't afford one?
cause none of those are reasons to hate a bike. I've seen Harley's hold up against gxrs in the canyons of LA and smoke em off the line and do wheelies for literal miles and yet still be able to be ridden access the country comfortably. so you may not understand the joy you can get from a bike like a Dyna or a Sportster or an Electra glide. but that cause you are closed minded. hating cause you can't handle a big bike
I had a street 750 i bought it for my girlfriend to ride. This review is so on point, I cant say enough about how accurate and correct this review is. Keep up the good work!
One of *THE* best channels out there in general to watch, not just in the riding community.
Actually the best review of a vehicle I have ever seen. Brilliant way of reviewing and the editing group needs a big applause.
That Elsa tattoo is on point!
I love how much effort goes into these videos.
First time in my life I EVER really laughed suddenly for a YT vid. Great work!!
Agreed on most points, as an owner. Still I love the hell out of mine. I see a list of mods, and hours in the garage, but as a package I very much enjoy it. I am coming off the 750 though, so basically anything feels better. Great video as always.
the reason why i love to watch ryan's reviews alot
love your videos!! It's evident how much work goes into it.
I have spent far to much of my free time watch bike review videos, Yours is by far the best one I have seen. Keep them coming!
best honest bike review on the internet
Loving all the Edgar Wright nods. Great review, as always.
itzjordaNN okay someone saw the same thing I though I was just crazy
Cornetto, 'Never taken a shortcut before?', and the pub crawl. That's all i noticed. what else is there?
The editing and the sound effects too
Gi Chan there's a very particular edit style Edgar did that shows up I. This video
Ah, the quick cuts!
I took the MSF course on the Street 500 at Alligator Alley HD in Sunrise, FL. The bike feels light, nimble and has awesome ground clearance for a Harley. The MSF training crew is AWESOME and helps their students get trained in low-speed maneuvering.
This was really entertaining and fun, yet thoroughly informative. Superb!
Thanks for the great and honest reviews. The Street Rod is a miss for me too but I'm looking forward to seeing what you've gotta say about the roadster.
how... do you guys only have 135k subs?
Sir Tristen he meant it as a compliment. With the quality of these videos they should have 500k subs easy.
408k now...
430K @@MrPAULONEAL
Hey @YankiMedia do you mean 433,000 subscriptions?
"1 year ago", 475k now, it's nice. 475k +1 since you reminded me to sub actually.
The waddle 🤣 shots fired #burnsizzle
Just subscribed too. These videos are like ice cream on a hot blistering day on the pavement.
Excited for Roadster review!
I’ve been holding my breath for that review for a while now. Don’t think we’ll get it though
7:56 - Nope.. too scary... that scene was epic... what a sense of humour... nice video as always bro...
😵
I come back and watch this channel’s videos every now and then. I realized at the end, what he said ended up happening. Indian did find the miracle before Harley did, even though Harley is on the right path now, it may have been too late.
I’m in love with my street rod 750. I spent hours listening to reviews from non-diehard Harley fan boy reviews and seemed like if the street rod fits you, you love it. No middle ground, hate this bike or love it.
you rock man! this review is lit! 👌
They might call it Street Rod but for me the Harley Street Rod will always be the Vrod with mid mounted controls. Great review and always love your work. Keep up the good work.
i love the content of this channel!! Makes reviews entertaining...who would have thunk it!
i wish you did more bike reviews like this! fantastic work!
most entertaining channel ever made
Blimey, I actually found myself running my hand through my hair at the same time as you did! I really need to cut down on your videos............I won’t of course. Another classic.
this is ridiculously well done guys. Keep it up!
Seriously entertaining review. Thanks man.
I can feel the Edgar Wright references oozing out of this video. Its great.
OMG that leather vest scene!
That was funny. Thanks for the chuckle :-)
How about the Blue Oyster Bar. I just dated myself with that one but search for it on CZcams.
kalel33 We just might be the same age. XD
Beautiful
kalel33 everyone has seen police academy surely!
Great job on the video. Can’t wait for more.
You’ve earned a subscriber. I love entertaining CZcamsrs like you.
Spot on. Harley has lost its soul. The XR1000 made great HP and still made you think of a resting dragon at idle. Thanks for the great, informative and entertaining (read, non-car and driver like) review!!
Ya'll miss the point when you try to atribute a soul to a corporation. Wasn't the harley style for renegades and outlaws? Now ya'll complaining "a corp lost it's soul"? Pathetic, even goths have more anarchy than you.
"Nope too scary" Ryan F9 almost last words
Very entertaining video as usual Thanks 😎
Really enjoyed your video bro, keep it up!
Another example of Harley selling their name instead of a quality bike.
Only outside the US. I don't understand why but all the Harleys sold outside the US are made in India and have the same build quality of the bikes built in the US in the 70's and 80's when Harley was owned by AMF. In the US however The build quality is higher than every other company.
joshua holmes 🙄
Yep, only the name is keeping them alive.
@@joshuaholmes7929 they better start making these better, because people have started complaining about the heat and the foot peg position. Poor build.
Lone Wolf they’ll fix it o it’ll fail
:D, more reviews like this please!
Awesome video dude! Keep up the good work 😁
This is some next level review. Just wow!
I just rode the Street Rod yesterday, and I will attest that this review is right on the money. The heat is intense, especially on the right side. The right foot peg situation and leg position in general is awkward. The only time I found neutral was by accident while downshifting from second to first. Too bad, because it actually rides pretty nice.
i had this bike when i was taking my motorcycle safety class and i had a hard time finding the neutral as well. and the heat was ridiculous...though the bike did run smooth i still want it im just debating right now.
If we ever meet, beers on me for this one 😂😂😂🤘
Nice reference to Guy Richie Films. Thank you Ryan and all F9 staff, your Films always keep me goin'. I always enjoy the beauty of cinematic of your Films. Best Regards from Poland.
The Street Rod is the kind of bike you love it or hate it. People often mistakes it for a naked while it's actually a cruiser. Ok, a sportier and much more nimble cruiser for a urban environment, but a cruiser nonetheless. You are probably a bit tall for that seating position, but it's actually a very effective one once you get used to. And you can always put the Street 750 mid controls on it or the forward kit to end up with a V-rod triangle. It's not perfect, it has some flaws for sure, but it's not the worst Harley, it was actually the fastest stock bike they made until the Pan America and Sportster S. I hope HD makes a successor sooner or later.
Thank for calling it like it is. As you said it's not a decent Harley Davidson. Harley needs to stick to what it does best and that's make a classic sounding and classic motorcycle. If they want to make something new it should be all new not a parts bin throw together that doesn't have proper ergonomics. Great review!
Although you're pretty nerdy your talent is undeniable.
Judging people on how they look according to your point of view? You are still behind in time my boy !
Harley Davidson Breakout Ducati Panigale 1299 dude it's not his looks it's how he carries himself, he's a bit wimpy and often his jokes are cringy. Still like his videos though..
I will take an articulate, funny, nerd over a macho, grunting neanderthal most days. These reviews are fantastic and Ryan really gets to the heart of what bikes are all about, to most of us I think. At least the rational people that will survive their initial first years on a motorcycle, without trying to prove how masculine they are.
So you like the chest thumping over compensators who are convinced they need to prove how manly they are to the world?.....dear gawd.
I thought that was what being nerdy is all about: having talent and being passionate about something.
Great video and review!
is that liquid cooling behind the front fork of the street rod 750?
Nice video. The Street Rod has its flaws, however there are certain things that are appealing.
I test rode one and if it had a different handlebar, normal mirrors, hand controls, pegs that are slightly moved forward and a stage 1 or 2 kit, I'd quite like to have one.
These are all things that can be easily changed on most Harley-Davidson motorcycles and things that many Harley owners swap out as soon as they get their bikes. Unfortunately for Street Rod the selection of parts is very limited.
Harley-Davidson based their new flat track motorcycle roughly around the Street Rod (engine at least) so if there are enough willing customers, the potential is there. A Harley that can rev higher, jump in the air and be tossed around dirt and mud. That sounds fun. So here's hoping...
like your shirt!
Greetings from Germany :)
It's always a pleasure to watch your content!! I have this bike as my first one, and I love it. With all the criticism that's still getting, what matters the most is the outcome of this bike for its value. Ride safely 😊
Great honest and fair review.
Raising the bar as always.
When will the film come out?
I love this dude, lost it at the Frozen Tattoo :D
Hilarious video man, and a lot of info. Thx
Hands down the BEST bike & comedy channel in the world!!!! ❤
1:32 nice tight control skills!!
Ryan F9, you make some of the best bike review videos out there! Keep up the good work!
Excellent, as always.
Always diff approach to reviews and bang on
