The problem with these kinds of level packs is that there isn’t much (if any) difference from this and, for instance, keke feeling mine is power, powered flag is win. This also removes the need for a clunky interface/UI
there are ways it can be a less clunky UI (appearing onscreen all the time, the movecount is something that is way easier done here) but yeah, mostly it's true what you said lol
the level "defiance" where you need to break the rule SKULL IS BEST doesn't seem to line up with the first rule requirement level, where making KEKE IS MOVE without a keke makes the statement not true, so in the "defiance" level the statement SKULL IS BEST should be false from beginning since there are no skulls or maybe there is a middle value between true and false lol
