Personally I prefer quillin skip skip, where you avoid preforming the quilin skip by doing several things earlier in the run, such as obtaining the crown/hedjet, Excalibur or going to duat, obtaining the tablet of destiny and hatching the quilin

i like to go volcana temple for alien compass and elixer and you cant get tablet without losing ankh if you go temple
That caveman skip at the end was ridiculous! How do you even carry that many cavemen onto a single bubble?
It's ridiculous indeed, I haven't done the skip but I presume you would have to put all the cavemen on the semi sold platform under tiamat and let a bubble carry them up
@@Pastryperson precisely, though you must assume that we didn't do that when doing it (yes i also did it myself). the idea is there but we used either overlunky to spawn the corpses or used a mod that gives every skips so you can practice them. But overall you got the right idea about how to do it. it's just not viable as it's extremely difficult and too long.
@@AkiraShine I assumed that for practicing yeah, since this video I've learnt this skip for an unreleased video and it's defiantly annoying to setup even with overlunky.

The Rope Qilin Skip is pretty much the hardest for me
Olmec Skip is my favorite strat because it’s the first one I learned how to do from watching Twigglesoft and also it’s so fun to just angrily spam the Enter Door button until you enter the door 💀

Are floor strats really that much harder than egg? I would think they would be about the same.
Egg Strats are relativley easy as you can control when hundun attacks you, floor strats you have to deal with things falling on you, being in the right position and timing the attacks all at the same time.

I've done vlad's skip more times than the wet fur skip lmao
well if you take vlad's cape every run then theres no reason to skip the caves lol

@@SeanCMonahan I literally can't get to cosmic ocean. I first tryed Hundun when I first got to Sunken City (with questline). Now, that I wanna go to Cosmic Ocean, I died to Hundun every single time that I got there. Hell, I even died to Tiamat once.
I dunno how stomp spikes is harder than skips... i did in my first hun dun kill
How does the 5 block teleport, eggplant skip and no% Tiamat work
5 Block teleporting downards works as normally when you teleport down you're actually teleporting while in the block above ground level, but by teleporting the frame you jump you teleport from the ground level and guarentee extra distance.

Huh come to think of it every time i try to do the vlad cape skip i try to jump on the first platform instead of just roping and skipping it.... Properly why i fail it every time
That works too, I just find it easier to use a rope
Roping up is easier, but occasionally the spark trap will get in your way. So I prefer to go along the ground, but it takes some practice in frozlunky.

At 6:33 how is LISE turning the thrown rope back into a rope pile?
Notice how a part of the map has no background wall, but it's open space? You can't hang ropes there so they just fall back down.

I dont know of one but you basically just have to tp very quickly after you jump, it only works downwards and lets you go from 4-8 to 5-9 range

olmec skip, bombs, shotgun, other weapons, but yeah low% Olmec is the best kill method if you don't want to skip
how do you consistently get a 5 tile TP?
Teleport just above the ground, timing is relatively precise and it only works downwards

Excuse me how is wet fur skip easy??? You were super lucky to have landed at an edge of a platform. Had it not been edge you'd be a pancake and stunned therefore potentiality dead...
The exit door structure never changes, so knowing the position of the entry door always lets you know where the exit door platform ledge is gonna be. I never use it, I don't speedrun, so you would need to look the exact details to replicate it, but I think it's just two tiles to the right of the entry door or one to the left, either should work as far as I know.
Try it yourself from the shortcut. It just works. You need to hang from the higher of the 2 blocks below the cave entrance.

@@pch1370there's always a ledge if you drop from the platform under the open side of the yeti entrance. If it's like ⊆, drop from its right edge; if it's ⊇, drop from the left.
