- This Swedish drink is a delicious drink which uses indigenous Indonesian spirits (in the form traditionally of Batavia Arrack) as the basis for a complex and rich drink.
Ideally this should be made some weeks before it is to be drunk but it can be enjoyed right away too. It is shelf stable and will keep for some months.

Recipe (makes 2-2.5L)
----------------------------------
350ml Arrack (usually Batavia Arrack but I used Bali Arrack instead)
400ml white wine
700ml-900ml vodka
900ml water
900g sugar
Juice of one lemon
100ml of very strong black tea for coloring
The first step is to make a simple syrup with the water and sugar. Heat these together on a stove until the sugar fully dissolves, stirring constantly. Note that if you don't trust your water you should boil it at this point.
Next, mix in rough proportion, the vodka, Arrack, and wine. Taste and balance the flavors as needed. Add lemon juice. Sweeten with the simple syrup to the desired sweetness.
Add tea for coloring. Stir in.
Place back in bottles and ideally let it sit there for another four weeks or so. - Jak na to + styl
