Dehydrated Crawfish Tails On The Bayou

Oh I never dehydrated crawfish. But when I was over Southeast Asia I ate alot of sun dried fish. This looks quite tasty friend, I would love to give this a try!

This looks like a great idea. I often use dried shrimp in dishes or as snack. I wonder if you could rehydrate sone in warm water and put them on a pizza?
