Recipe notes
(Milk)
50g milk chocolate
8ml fresh cream
30g flour
(White)
40g white chocolate
6ml fresh cream
Flour 25g
(1) Place the crushed chocolate and room temperature cream in a bowl.
(2) Heat in a microwave oven at 600W for 10 to 20 seconds. (Keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't boil over!)
(3)Take out and stir to melt the chocolate.
(4) Add the flour and mix well.
(5) Wrap in plastic wrap and flatten.
(6) While still warm, roll out with a rolling pin and cut out shapes.
(7) Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ for 3 minutes.
(8) Leave until completely cool.
