Thank you so much for this information! I really enjoy listening, I am a veteran and currently going through the disability process. It's overwhelming and your info is so helpful. I had a c & p on March 28, 2022 on April 5th I went to my local VBA, completed a FOIA request for a copy and was told they no longer give them out before the rater makes their decision and notifies the vet. So they lied to me ?

Hi Oscar, you can always apply for conditions that would get you up to the 100% schedular if you have those disabilities. It is not easy to get to 100% schedular but it is possible. Please remember if you file for an increase on anything already rated you open up the ability for the VA to have you reexamined and that always runs the risk of you being reduced.
