I've cut down my viewing of the war updates from about 20 to about 6 sites. Some sites try to present themselves as military experts. Some are so optimistic and present only positive Ukrainian gains, that it becomes a lie. Give us the real picture. Thank you for your work. And, send me some of your energy.

Firstly, no one has the right to disrespect you. Even if they're pro-Ukraine. People watch your channel because they enjoy your content and respect your viewpoint. it doesn't mean we have to agree with you, but disrespect isn't something you should have to tolerate.
You don't have to be American to see that Trump's day begins and ends with himself. He puts it above all else including his integrity, and duty to his country. His self-gratification and his ego are his prime consideration. - but you already know that.
The one thing i think alot of people overlook - is the true hero of the 2017 lethal aid that Ukraine received (and likely saved their bacon).
That person is Senator John McCain. When you look at the timeline, it tells a story.
Trump finally released that aid to turn down the heat on the Russian election interference investigation.
Who was driving that investigation? John McCain.
In 2017 Trump's healthcare initiative had fallen on it's face - at the one-handed 'thumbs down' of McCain, and McCain was driving the Russian investigation rightin Trump's south gate. Trump was desperate for a win.

I have to disagree a bit with you, JP. I abhor Trump as much as the next (sane) human, but there is a presumption you've made (although completely fair and sensible) that does not stack with politics and American politics in particular. Truman said "The buck stops here"; US politicians have conveniently used that mantra when it suits them to claim - or disclaim - credit for 'achievements' made during their tenure. A classic example is the stock market performance during Trump's regime. It was claimed by him that he was the sole cause of its success, whereas in actuality its success is a reflection of previous administrations policies. But perception is 9/10ths of the law in politics. People believed it. Same with the Javelin debate. Trump might have needed convincing, but ultimately allowed it to happen. Likewise, Nixon almost certainly was skeptical about visiting China before being convinced to do so. There are a lot of back room discussions that lead to a decision, after all.
So, no, you're not lying, but some credit needs to be given to the Trump administration for sending those weapons. Since Trump was the leader, he can claim the accolades. It is then up to the listener/voter to weigh how significant that achievement is in the context of his other actions and rhetoric on Ukraine. To me he is a clear and present danger to Ukraine.

The trump consistently takes personal responsibility and stakes are claim that it was him what did it from my personal point of view. That it was as a result of his own action that the US ramped up military lethal aid. He was actually against it, personally. - The retreat from Afghanistan without plan?

The REASON the USA is in a position for the rest of the world to covet our resources for the war in Ukraine is because we've actually INVESTED in global defense for decades while Europe was just fine hiding behind OUR military and neglecting their agreed-to spending targets for decades. NOW, with this war raging in Ukraine, you're protesting that NOW some nations are spending equivalent amounts for Ukraine -- ONLY for Ukraine -- as the USA. That's like a teenager contributing "his fair share" of the cost of the food he eats to his parents, while living rent-free in their home.
Until the total defense spending of the EU nations comes at least reasonably close to what the 3rd-largest economy in the world spends relative to the USA, your claims remain rubbish.

I don't think Trump could ever be the answer to Ukraine, unless you take a Russian viewpoint.
Ukraine would have its hands tied behind its back if there were any negotiations, the position could not be any weaker, and I think Ukraine with Europe's backing and greater military production would continue the war, possibly with some European countries participating.
Trump isn't the answer for anything, especially where Ukraine is concerned. I can't do another 4 with him whining, stomping his foot, acting like a toddler. No dictatorship fir my president. If you want to be controlled, move to Russia or N Korea.
