That's true
People should always remember that the buyer dictates the selling price, not the seller or the listing agent, when a listing doesn't sell, it is because no buyer is willing to pay the price. In a super market prices get reduced when the consumer won't pay the original asking price, same with any commodity, demand and affordability help make the buyers decision to buy or not. In this market , a family buy what they need, not what they want.
Unfortunately there are alot of sellers that aren't realistic
The easy money party is over. Prices are coming down to reality soon. Condos. In Barrie will drop another 100k
