I don't think he did :) - he says 'snaking up the hill' at 3:31 and talks about Radillion as the left hander at the top of the hill earlier. Nitpicking tbh, and anyway most people I know are aware of the difference between the corners but in conversation we usually refer to the whole sequence as ER for brevity not to mention it sounds way cooler!
Who else went to type “that’s radillion actually” before seeing this comment at the top?
@@scottdeakin7789 If we are going to nitpick, it should be noted that Jimmy used british slang for the way you move through Eau Rouge and up on Radillion swerving like ''a snake up going up the hill'' . So i'm going to say ''yes'' , he did got it right, he simply was at the top on Kemmel straight already by the time his sentence reached the word ''Radillion''

Top level gts drivers shouldn't play bumper cars without damage in the FIA races, it makes the whole community dirty tbh.

Spa was definitely tricky to figure out its braking and cornering spots. But I’m enjoying this track and I kept on mastering it to get my fastest hotlap. Thanks GT sport for this update.

This is my second favorite after Nurburgring, so flowy and fun
Same here. Spa as well as few other favourite tracks, you really get into that trance like rhythm. You're no longer thinking about the corners. You're just driving, letting your hands and feet flow with the car. I start to zone out and think of all the greats that have raced there and what it must have been like to be there that day. If I had to order them it would be
1. Nurburgring-Nordschleife
2. Spa-Francorchamps
3. Suzuka
4. Imola
5. Circuit de la Sarthe

Good tip, the first part you want to *not* compromise your first exit and follow the corner round with the most momentum you can. It can gain you as much as half a second most often.
So the first corner does matter.
It's simple. I see Jimmy, I hit the like button.

In Assetto Corsa with a GT500 Supra I get a 2:29.5, but it looks like I can improve a lot with a better line. Also if I had a wheel, but pad it is.
this version of spa is still more accurate than in F1 2021

Is this game worth getting? I play on a PC and play the big titles. Just curi6if I'll be go backwards in terms of physics.
I don't have a PS4, but I've heard it's pretty comparable to PC2, and a slight downgrade in physics from AC. But the multiplayer is probably some of the best in the genre.

Which is better sim? Gran turismo sport or Project cars 2?
2 different games. GT Sport is definitely built around the e-sport aspect. I can't speak for PC2, but GT has a decent amount of racing content outside of the pvp. The AI is pretty slow and predictable, so don't expect any competition in the single player campaign. GT Sport lacks a ton of content when compared with older GT titles, but this isn't a full entry to the series either. Again, it's almost completely based on the online pvp aspect of these games. Overall it's a fun and well rounded game. I would recommend it.

I worked on that track for a week (didn't use my wheel) and could only manage 2.20:&smallChange and I do the exact same line around the track! He goes around 3x and gets a 2:18.

If Eau Rouge isnt flat it doesnt mean you have to hit the brake, just lift the throttle a lil bit.
It is hard to talk and drive. While Jimmy is not alien fast, he does know what he is talking about, mostly. I would prefer that he drives from inside the car. It is possible, I do it all the time. Not that I am fast, but the immersion is so much better.
He always does, thing is he doesnt play GT Sport, he usually plays assetto corsa or iRacing. You’d be surprised how fast he is in those sims

Tbf the hood cam is much better for showing off the lines, which is the whole point of the video.
