Try having a "bare minimum routine" and then add more steps when you have the energy. I'm trying to incorporate a low energy, medium energy, and high energy routine so that I feel like I still accomplish something on days when I don't have as much energy or mental fortitude.

hey guys!! tip for hyperpigmentation or maybe dark circles and acne scaring is turmaric shots every morning before u eat, its just tumeric cadamon and ginger and make it like milk tea , like on the gas then take it like a shot for as long as it takes until it changes. for me it took 2weeks but maybe it can be different for everyone. and maybe u can do with out cadamon but i havent tried it. I use the Bioessence squalene peptide eye gel and as someone with naturally dark under eye circles, it gets rid of them completely. it’s pretty expensive but it’s honestly worth the price
I found this hack on CZcams years ago, mixing baking soda and peroxide is a great way to whiten your whites. I use it for the underarm areas of my white tees and I clean my white sneakers with it
