Yo i think writing it down is the best thing.
I feel like writing is another way to express yourself apart from actions or words and it is so so so helpful because if you keep a journal when you've finally gone through stages you can go back and read it and be like, I'm a strong person and I've done this so nothing can bring me down.

Ok first of all girl I can relate with literally everything in the first part of the video. I got baptized when I was 11 and was super close to God for the first 2 years. Then I felt embarrassed because in my youth group I was the only one with a strong connection and really wanted to get closer to God. All the pther girls didn’t care as much. Thats when I was scared of not fitting in and I stopped. I stopped reading my bible everyday and just growing on my spiritual health. Im in my freshman year right now and I am working again to regain that connection I had with him during middle school
