- Princess Kate reportedly visited a farm shop near her home over the weekend and watched her children play sports, but there are no photos - and so the conjecture and conspiracy theories are still whirling. CBS News senior foreign correspondent Holly Williams has more.

Glad Princess Catherine is getting better.... wishing her continued full recovery. Princess Catherine is a wonderful humble human being, she reminds me of Princess Diana, Princess Catherine is another people princess...beautiful, humble, caring... Disgusting how the American media are making fun of her situation and spreading fake gossip. People should start minding their own business. Why not share the scandal of Africa Parks ?

Yes, people should mind their business. Most people minded their business for almost 3 months. The average person didn't know about her medical issues, which should be private.
However, the Palace has a credibility issue going on. When a doctored photo surfaces on SM, it's going to attract more attention. Furthermore, the media needs to stop posting graining photos and videos. It is making matters worse.
Health care is supposed to be private, unless volunteered.
I don't think people want access to her medical records… They just want to know that she is alive. All she has to do is make a video saying she's alive. but the public has seen her or her children in almost 4 months and that is concerning.

They also dropped their “never complain never explain” rule when Kate apologized for the photoshopped picture… really strange THAT’S what made them break their rule
I had abdominal surgency at even a younger age. After a month, the doctor realized I wasn't healing quite right and they saw that the wound was infected. They had to re-open it and re - stitch it again. It then took me few extra months to recover, way longer than 4 months, it took actually over 6 months before I started to feel myself again. I was frustrated and completely depressed because of it. And that left me a huge scar that made me feel ugly in my head even thought it was my stomach and really something i could cover from wearing clothes. Yet, still I felt like the entire world could see the huge scar. After many years, when i got older, I waled into a tattoo design store and asked that they design a nice tattoo to cover that scar, and i wanted a permanent tattoo. My tattoo is very pretty and that's what people see when i look at my lower stomach. But the trauma from that difficult recovery and the ugly scar it left me with is still in my mind. So only her closed family knows what she went through and still going probably the trauna it caused her; and whatever is real or not about the blowout or exaggeration. But it's really possible that Catherine, the princess of Wales is going through a tougher recovery. Let her heal. All this media blowout may add more stress into her recovery. Perhaps, why they felt compelled to show that photoshop picture which was not the best move from the palace. But whoever feels they never sinned should throw the stone at this woman. It's really sad.
Remember the history of paparazzi, not behaving boundaries and the implications of people, when they go too far, stalking and spying on each other?

We received better than a photo, and received a video! And stop with the reference and comparison to Queen Elizabeth. Princess Kate isn't yet the queen yet she provided notice she'd be absent and return thereafter. Period. For some reason the US media keeps ignoring the clear cultural differences between the two countries. With regards to privacy and restraint. I'm not saying either way is better or worse, but some of this clash might be caused by their being two different markets. The British and the American (plus global) one. The Palace are primarily catering to a British market. That if polling is to be used, the British public are happy to leave their 'employee' alone.

I have an idea maybe she donated a kidney to someone and not only does she deserve time to heal but also her silence is to keep the recipient safe from prying eyes, also.
