Very nice! If I cud add a bedroom at the back end of the garage, and maybe enlarge the bathroom so it had a shower, I would get it! I don't want to have to deal with stairs when I'm 80, but I cud live on that ground floor space easily!

I love the cantina and the garage. They would make a fantastic man cave. I guess it's an apartment but to me, it seems more like a townhome, or a condominium. I absolutely love the floors with the different designs. The kitchen is perfect and I love to cook with gas. To me, this apartment is a dream come true. It's just perfect.

Normally I get to watch your video and comment on the property. The problem was that we lost power from the hurricane that hit us Monday. It was a tough time with fences blown away, trees knocked over, and 100-mile-an-hour gusts. We lost some of our shingles but that's really all that bad compared to the rest of the neighborhood.
