How It's Made: Kaffir Lime Essential Oil

Kaffir Lime Essential Oil is long known for its medicinal and healing properties. This spiritually detoxifying citrus essence can help relieve migraine headache, nasal congestion, repel insects or promote concentration and mental clarity when used for aromatherapy. Traditional remedies also mix it with other carrier oils and massage it into the scalp as it is said to get rid of dandruff, scalp itchiness due to fungal infection. Some people use it to help with their sleep, concentration, mental clarity.
Unlike most essential oils that are distilled with heat or extracted in alcohols, our premium quality essential oil is cold-pressed by hand to prevent the oil from being oxidized. We pick the limes from the trees, peel and dry it before squeeze the oil out off the dry peels by hand.

Woah! I have never enjoyed lime eo but this cold pressed lime oil has a huskiness and fruity bite to it that lures me in! It seduces all my senses. We never try. But we guess it's a bit bitter. But you can definitely put a drop or two in your cocktail for the smell.
