Located in Yomitan Village, the most populous village in Japan, this bakery is popular with foreign customers. They sell bread baked with carefully selected ingredients, using homemade natural yeast and domestic pesticide-free wheat. They receive many orders from nearby restaurants and are loved by many people. They offer nearly 80 types of bread, including cooked bread made with pesticide-free vegetables from the prefecture and gluten-free allergy-friendly bread.
