In my opinion Emma came off as bizarre, brainwashed and deceptive.
Definitely extremely, extremely , extremely bizarre.
Emma is very delusional, bizarre and can't stop telling lies.
They don't trust the police, but completely trust their father. I know the police is harsh when they are interrogating someone. So, we can't be 💯 on side and 💯 on another. They believe everyone is evil but them. So not even.
The entire family is strange which is no surprise when demonic religion such as lds is their foundation! They are already indoctrinated and have opened themselves up to antichrist doctrines.

There is a huge history of the LDS telling lies to government, police, authorities not part of the church, due to their belief that the authorities actively work agains5 their church. It’s one of those unwritten behaviors/rules that many grow up with and it’s very very ingrained in many LDS/FLDS….. goes back to polygamy and morphed into just a general distrust and willingness to lie to the pagans, which include anyone not of their religion. NOT shared by all LDS but by MANY……
I’m guessing for them it’s not a lie if it fits into their religious beliefs.

@@MKUltra42 one of the disturbing things to me about Emma's testimony is the many interpretations of the LDS Faith different members of her family have. That was very bizarre. As far as I'm concerned, Chad lost his LDS membership when he was going to the temple with Lori, as a couple, etc...(after I started with that last sentence I realized there are way too many reasons Chad should no longer be welcome as a member of the LDS faith. Adultery. Murder. Lying. Theft by deception. (Life insurance) etc...
They double victimized Tammy, in my opinion.

What I have observed is that the media has taken the side that Lori and Chad murdered all three. The law enforcement has taken the side of that also. I believe that Alex killed all three. So I think Chad's kids were NOT against their mother. They think somebody other than their dad killed their mother. They told the TRUTH in order to prevent him being falsely persecuted. Now everybody is saying they turned against their mother. Not true.

You can drink colloidal silver. My mum had it in the 80s and a recent woman cult leader died of it. It can turn your skin grey. Chances are even after being embalmed it may have shown up in autopsy if she drank enough like Emma made out.
Best comment. It isnt "chugged." It can be taken by the teaspoon to help immune system. It's simple to make, easy to purchase, and it's known as a naturopathic type therapy to keep colds away, etc.

I have watched from the beginning, including jury selection and today was the second saddest day in my view. For Emma and Garth to have such little loyalty towards the woman who gave them life, worked her butt off and was cast away and murdered by their father is unfathomable. Tammy was murdered again today. This time her Children Emma and Garth killed her and the world watched. It broke my heart. It was evident that Emma lied and lied and lied and I think the jury saw right through her.

It just made me sick. I also think Linday Blake cracked Emma. She got Emma to admit that she didn't know what time her mother went to bed. That she didn't witness her Mom taking off the fitbit at night and more importantly she got Emma to admit that she was just repeating what she'd been told. Love Lindsay Blake.

What people also don’t realize is Chad was planting bread crumbs with his kids regarding Tammy’s health. It was about 6 months at least when he started plotting to kill her.

Charles said he attempted to contact Tammy regarding it before he was killed, I believe he sent several emails, but she never replied. It’s not clear if someone intercepted those and deleted them or if Tammy truly never saw them, I have a hard time believing she would find out and there would be no evidence of her finding out. I’m sure friends or family would have been told at least if she did. But Charles did attempt to contact her

Neither of the kids came off genuine. They seemed so incredibly coached and robotic. Emma in particular went on the stand with a mission, and every question to Garth was so leading it was ridiculous. He clearly has a harder time keeping the story straight than Emma does. Even in the 911 call he says “I found my mom on the floor freezing cold.” Then he stumbles and says “I don’t know what I’m supposed to say” and Chad takes the phone from him. In that television interview he also says that HE found his mom. My guess is their testimony won’t play well with the jurors just like it didn’t play well with us.

@@Yachtnurse51 well when Prior asked him how he woke up, he said it was Chad calling for him which instantly stuck out to me because what about the thud?! But then when Blake asked him the same question on cross he added back in “I thought I heard a thud and then my dad was calling for me.” He really struggles with keeping the story straight imo. Emma is much better. She’s memorized everything perfectly. I wish they could ask him about his television interview and the 911 call where both times he says he found his mother on the floor.

I think even less of Chad after today if that’s possible. Because of his love of power and money, his kids have been turned against their mother, without a care on his part. And his daughter saying she was googling re: winds?! Not her dad? The head nodding-he approves of her testimony. Good job Chad. I hope the prosecution can get guilty verdicts.

I keep putting myself in the mindset of a juror. Truly trying to consider all the evidence both for and against. There is just some huge things in this case I can’t get past. He would be guilty in my book. It’s no coincidence that they were planning a wedding before both spouses were dead, taking out additional life insurance policies, that kids were found buried in Chads yard, if Chad had no part in that he would have been shocked and cooperated with police. The testimony of his bizarre behavior at the funeral, the fact that the story he told about Tammy’s death didn’t line up with what her body told, nevermind that the first coroner is a moron and should have never been over the case, thank god a qualified professional handled Tammy’s body even after the fact, so much testimony over Tammy’s condition both by the medical examiner and by countless friends, family and coworkers, the fact that they were dancing on the beach in Hawaii when there were 2 kids dead in his yard, and so much more. I’m trying to hear out the defense’s theory but they’re not doing themselves any favors either.

How could it not be a physical affair when they were already married when Chad was arrested. They were married two weeks after the death of her mother.
During the video when Chad was in the back of the police car, Emma says she's been in contact with Lori - jail calls..Wonder if police pulled any of those calls???
I didn't trust either of those kids' testimonies & hope the jury takes them with a grain of salt, too, as they obviously don't want to end up losing their dad as well. Just a shame they're talking about Tammy's "declining health", when all of her co-workers spoke to the exact opposite of that. Also noteworthy is that her co-workers cried on the stand, whereas Emma and Garth didn't shed a tear for their mother while on the stand.
BTW, where is Peggy? I thought she's with you guys?!
I wonder if Chad was medicating Tammy. A little benadryl would leave her feeling tired and discombobulated.

@@happycamper4ever873 Yeah, but still contradicts what her coworkers had to say about her being like an energizer bunny. Plus, she was doing the Zumba & the clogging... you need a lot of energy for those things as well.

I couldn't watch her (Emma) so I'm glad you're summing up. She is so enmeshed with Chad, everything was through his eyes. Weird.
I am grateful you are watching and reporting. I did not last 20 minutes. Emma was clearly responding defiantly..almost like a programmed robot.

An FBI agent here in middle GA had a son who murdered 2 Mercer University students. He confessed to his father who turned him in, testified against him and he was executed.
Sad. I would never lie for anyone on the stand.
How did she know her dad was married to Lori, went to an amusement park with them and sending her money in jail but she didn’t know they had a physical relationship until after her dad was arrested? And when the brother in law asked Chad how his children kept his marriage hidden and Chad’s response, “My kids are good at keeping secrets.”
Chad shrinks his chair down when he want to seem unassuming, and raises his chair up when he wants to show dominance, especially toward women.
I didn’t put that together but I did notice every time time prior questioned his kids he leaned onto the table and crossed his arms across his body. Would love to see a body language expert try to decipher it

But Emma is interested in being an amateur meteorologist. It’s just a coincidence she picked that day and time to pursue her interests. The jury is not stupid. They’ll see it for the lie that it is
