I am typically proud of Idaho's commitment to the individual liberties- but NOT at the expense of young, innocent children. Idaho needs to do so much better because without protection for young children, what good are we? This is just sad.
I think the problem is there’s no legitimate proof that anything bad has happened to the children. Yes there’s no proof that they’re ok but it’s up to the prosecution to make a case. I’m not happy about any of this but understand that we can’t allow the courts to rule solely on emotion or gut feelings. We need to get the proof necessary to either bring those children home alive or to lock Lori up for eternity.

Basically, they would be brought before the judge and asked to reveal where the child was. When they declined, they were again found in contempt and returned to jail. Look up Jacqueline Bouknight. She spent about seven years in jail.

I think the problem is there’s no legitimate proof that anything bad has happened to the children. Yes there’s no proof that they’re ok but it’s up to the prosecution to make a case. I’m not happy about any of this but understand that we can’t allow the courts to rule solely on emotion or gut feelings. We need to get the proof necessary to either bring those children home alive or to lock Lori up for eternity.

Basically, they would be brought before the judge and asked to reveal where the child was. When they declined, they were again found in contempt and returned to jail. Look up Jacqueline Bouknight. She spent about seven years in jail.

(& a judge) the concensus here is that they already would have known they were dead...too many suspicious goings on.
But definitely there would have been some surprise at the findings of the bodies.

i did not realize at the time of this hearing that it is Brandon Beadreaux' sitting with Kay and Larry Woodcock, not had I seen the ID Discovery and that Brandon drove in to Rexburg to identify J.J. for Kay and Larry. It is just such a sweet gesture, the kindness shown is remarkable.
My prediction is she will never say where those kids are ....

I am watching Chad Daybells trial. We are on day 29. It's a long weekend because it's Memorial Day. They will not come back until Tuesday. So this whole weekend I'm gonna go back and rewatch everything to do with lori.
I suggest watching hidden true crime (HTC) with Lauren and Dr. John Matthias. They have the most extensive interviews from the very beginning. Exclusive interviews with members of Avow, members of family, neighbors, etc. you won’t be disappointed. Utube the tabs at top. All episodes are in a book with the podcasts . Excellent.

I hope every Idahoan writes in to any and every lawmaker in this state and demand reform. THIS is ridiculous. Idaho kids matter. The law should be protecting innocent kids, NOT protecting the mother who most likely has harmed her children. THIS is so sad. An outrage.

Bank robbers don't get a bail that high the courts new the kids were no longer with us that's why her bail was so high it's like the gig is up Lori we know the kids are gone in this life we're not stupid so until you tell we'll just keep looking until we find them and that's exactly what happened

Dorene Humason there are a lot of trials to come. This was just the bond hearing for the crimes that were proven she has committed like desertion for refusing to produce the kids. Next is to prove if she was involved in the disappearance of the children. One step at a time. They will get to the kids. Long process
