    Good vid but I feel like it’s more aligned to HR Admin role than HRBP cause it’s more operational than strategic. HR field is vicious in terms of competition.

      Thanks for your comment, the purpose of these videos is to help junior hr professionals on trying to approach business partnering interviews if they haven’t had direct experience because I know it can be hard to articulate and sometimes companies are willing to give someone a chance to learn how to become more strategic based on how well you articulate the previous experience you have had. If you’ve never been a business partner before it is hard to give examples so I try to concentrate on skills that can be transferred from an HR admin role

      This is for a junior HRBP role. How do you know better onboarding correspond to attrition? It’s an assumption
