Great lecture,thanks.
great video time for an update, using HRV?
Interesting. What a difference between this earlier video and your newer ones. Big improvement.
Content still gold...I like this casual setup too though, feels like I'm on vacation in a hotel watching
They are amazing presentations, both new and old❣
This is seminar for live audience recorded in full and videos are made and edited for yt. 2 different mediums, can't be compared
So you have any new videos explains this?
Can doing 3 day water fast cause stressful HRT? I have a garmin watch & night 1 I had good HRV, night 2 & 3 (after I had broken my fast) my HRV was terrible - body battery flat lined at 5. A talk on this would be very helpful. ☺
A few years ago my husband and I both started measuring our hrv. (we stopped after a few months) My husband usually is a bit more stressed than I am, but his hrv score was always better than mine.
Also his heartrate was lower than mine.
A few days ago we happened to measure our heart rates again and his heartrate was 49 in rest. (mine was 72). Now 49 is like the resting heartrate of an athlete. My husband is no athlete, he only cycles for an hour a day delivering newspapers (and so do I).
That's when I started wondering, why is his heartrate so low? Then I found out that when you have Cardiac Arrhythmia your heart can mis beats which results in a lower heartrate, but it will also make the heartbeat irregular, could that result in a good hrv score?
So here is my question:
Can you get a good hrv score because you have Cardiac Arrhythmia? When you have an irregular heartbeat because of cardiac arrhythmia does that result in a good hrv score?

Dr. Ember ; question is , what can cause a person to stagger for 5 or 6 seconds ? Almost as if they are intoxicated, but there is no alcohol involved . the person is about 55 yrs. does light to moderate exercise and jogging about 30 - 45. mins. 4 -5 days a week. BP. aver. is. 130 / 84 average heart rate at rest is 59 - 69. with no known heart or medical problems such as T2 D. But at least once or twice a month will stagger like being DRUNK .
Did you ever find out?
@@livinginla200 no but will schedule a stress and blood test if it doesn't change in 10-14 days .
