I like the Tower of Death movie much more. I wish it had the same story line but somehow adding the scenes with inosanto, the korean, and abdul jabbar in it with out excluding james tien and the other guy. They really dropped the ball with game of death.
Tracksuit over the chair is the ending from the artport g.o.d strippy.

Yeah, it's on the 30th anniversary dvd boxset as well which i still own. The first time i ever watched all the lost footage. Can't believe I've had that boxset for 20 years!

game of death should have been made with the all the original actors in the final fights. Then recast Bruce to finish the story to match most closely to his beliefs on martial arts etc. For now just watch the actual footage and listen to John Barry's music and leave it at that.

I have trouble getting into game of death only because it feels like a screen test of a few random unfinished scenes crammed together by a company to just cash in on Bruce, it’s not a actual film or even Bruce’s vision so I have trouble fully investing in it, I think if Bruce survived and completely got to realize his vision in it’s entirety it would have been possibly his best film
Totally agree. It's just laughable how badly it was edited. It's too bad that whomever owns the rights (I think Golden Harvest?) doesn't release a director's cut edited the way this Integral one is. I think Enter The Dragon is still his masterpiece. But I really liked Game Of Death, it's just so badly put together. Like you said, feels more like a screen test.
Another great and cool video Stripey! I’m really glad about the extras of the real Bruce Lee with his Hollywood tv and feature film work. I appreciate how Integral tried to do a far better job with GAME OF DEATH than the filmmakers of the horrid 1978 version. I really appreciate them not showing Mr. Lee in his coffin. I will be sure to find this and see it. Sounds like it is somewhat less exploitative and more respectful than the 1978 debacle, but it is difficult to fully remove the Bruceploitation big budget film elements. I am soooooo thankful for Tge Warrior’s Journey!

Great stuff stripey as always , I've always thought with today's technology and AI they could easily reconstruct a decent 90min game of death without using outtakes from his films for example there was one done about 10 or more years ago for a whiskey advert in Japan and looks Great and we've certainly moved on technology wise since then . As usual stripey keep up the fab work .

I'd never heard of the INTEGRAL cut. It's an oddity for sure. It was very kind of him to make this for me + Marlowe in HD, mate, I was blown away.

Wow!! As yourself I never knew this existed 😱 great review of what is to be found in there!! I've always wondered if with AI or deep fake can they make literally the "definitive" version of G.O.D? As they could re shoot everything other than Bruce's parts and recreate Bruce in those bits and tidy up some continuity as well... the Intergral version seems to go down that route-ish 😁😁 great video thanks for showcasing Stripey 🤩🤩👍👍

I did a search for the 'Intergral' film but nothing came up.
A shame really as I'd love to see this film.
I just want to say how much I appreciate the hard work you put into your videos, all the researching you do and turning up new information or things that I haven't seen or heard of before.

I have this in my collection I got this by the means of a trade. This must be over 10 years ago, there was a Bruce Lee forum where we would all go on with are collection and rare footage and trade for stuff we haven't seen. David Baker rings a bell and am sure he was the one who traded with me originally (I could be wrong). This is Fan made and there were lots of different versions being created with all the different cuts of the film, but this version was always my favourite and I real treat to watch all those years ago. I am sure if this is the same David he actually made this version of the movie (I apologise if this incorrect the name just rings a bell) We would never exchange money for this kind of fan made projects you would only trade or send a copy for people to look at your work.

Those Chris Kent battle cries were - like the rest of the Clouse version - so bloody awful. Now that we've got 'The Final GOD' I'll never watch the 1978 'GOD' again, but I might give the 'Integral' a go. The war cries in the 78 version are a bit naff, mate. There's so much bad stuff in Clouse's version it's shocking, but I do like the soundtrack by john Barry.

The Hong Kong Legends dvd i have has the Bey Logan edit of the footage he found, and includes the 'tracksuit over chair in recording studio' footage at the end
One thing i'm not sure of that maybe someone can clear up, I have the Warriors Journey DVD with that GOD edit, and this HK Legends Bey Logan edit, was there John Little edit too? and who's came first?
@@spectralsymphony John Little did "A Warriors journey" and that (I think) was the first. But Bey Logan found the footage as far as I'm aware 👍
I recorded it on TV channel 4 (UK) in 1997, it does contain greenhouse scene and few scenes that you mentioned but only kareem in ending. I recall the documentary that showed bruce walked on the stair in different camera angle, maybe it was testing. Not sure if Arrow video retained it?. I wish they released the whole unseen footage. ,😭
I got bootleg version of the big boss scenes added from the big boss trailers 😅
So Stripey, Where can I get a hold of this very Cut of Game Of Death, Integral version from?. I have tried all the Torrents, Nothing. I have clicked ever link claiming a download, only to get a computer full of Mallware. So had to go In and Destroy that website. Where from, how much, and does It come just like the one You got, Blue-Ray box printing and all?. Or how about a rip off the one you have. I still have a couple of Double Layer blank disc's left. Keep 'Em Coming.

"Game of Death: Integral" is the only fan Cut I haven't in my Collection. I got some other Fan Cuts From a Fan Like "Game Of Death: Alternative" (A Mixup of Game of Death 1 & 2, Billy try to Revenge the Death of Chin Ku and has to fight the way Up the pagoda), Game of Death 2,5 - a very bad Mixup Cut of Game of Death 1 & 2, because the creator used the english Dub of These Films and they don't Match Up - A Bruce Lee Like "Game of Death", in this Version Billy never Loose, every frame in which you can See Billy Lo is not played by Bruce Lee was replaced and Dr. Land has a alternative Death Scene.

Yeah I prefer the edits you mentioned to the official version. I think the movie was unfinished but really this could have cleaned it up a bit and made it more palatable to audiences. I have the CC BD which uses the 1978 version, but that fake face when he's talking to the gangster just took me out of the movie like it's laughable how badly it was edited.
Not the Integral Cut but the 2hrs of The Final Game of Death (2023) basically ALL the available unused footage is available free on youtube if anyone is interested.🙂

What a pity when we think of the film that could have been. Sorry. BUT i. find this film all but unwatchable on any format the original lee footage is pure gold but the rest of it phew. Even the legendary ed wood would have hung his head in shame. Sorry but what a total waste of Leeds original footage
