I remember watching an interview with her about Selena’s murder. Everytime the interviewer tried to get Yolanda to say SOMETHING about why or how she killed Selena, Yolanda would repeatedly respond with “I do not wish to discuss that.” Oh that made me so angry for both Selina’s family, friends and devoted fans. This person does not ever want to take any responsibility for this crime! 😡
Sad…I am only a year older than her. She was robbed and could have done so much if given more time to live.

She is NOT in jail, there is NO such thing as being sentenced to jail for life or murder.
Saldivar is probably safer in prison. If she’s successfully paroled, she should consider herself lucky if she gets shot, compared to what will most likely happen if somebody gets to her. If she gets out, don’t expect many people to be at her funeral someday, that’s if there’s a body left to be buried.
On the contrary, I think a lot of people including Selena fans would show up or stream. Just to see that Selena's killer has met her end.

It just angers me a lot how Yolanda has been in complete denial about this the whole time about having killed Selena, and keeps claiming that it was an accident.
Complete BS, according to witnesses that were at the hotel on the day that the tragedy occurred, hotel staff members, as Selena ran out the door after being shot, Yolanda chased her for a little bit, she pointed the gun at her and yelled out "Bitch!".
That is definitely no accident that is definitely intentional, that was definitely deliberate.
If it had truly been an accident, then Yolanda would have reacted a whole lot differently.
She has been attacked by other inmates on several occasions to no avail, she is also very disliked in Mountain View and has a bounty on her head.
Me personally, I think she should have gotten the spike! This docuseries will definitely show the parole board that she deserves nothing more than the "REJECTED" stamp on her application.
