- This Knife Will Blow Your Mind: ATKnives HALT. I had the chance to meet the designer of this knife and was pretty surprised to see how young he is and how awesome his first design is. This knife pretty much checks all of he boxes for me and that’s why I pre-ordered mine immediately after just seeing a picture of it. In this video we discuss the good, the bad and we also do some real world testing to see how it performs. I also talk about the changes that will be made for the final product that make the knife even better. Let me know your thoughts on this design?

Man, it's a bad economy when $270 range is a good deal on a knife with those materials. They're great materials, yes, and this is a comparatively good deal for that tool but man, ouch.
Wow, Ive never heard of a goneyomiter, I learned something new today! I would definitely enjoy a video on the science of edge geometry.
Not just bolster locks but inset liner locks may have these pointy hotspots.
I got told it was my fault I called it out on another knife so thank you for mentioning it.

Really like the purple carbon but on the blade I believe I like the red Mars Valley a little bit more.
Would be awesome as a cross bar lock. Love the hole.
That red carbon fiber is fire. The white spot is a defect, I belive. Tuya, the last time I checked had some knives marked down because it had white flecks or spots in the carbon fiber.
My 10th anniversary elementum has like three of those spots on the green carbon fiber

I love this knife, both esthetically and philosophically, especially as a sober person - personally, I'm heartbroken it's not a front flipper, imo that would add a whole element of fun here.

This looks like the Tuya Envy v4...very similar in style and color scheme

Is that white spot the same location on the handles of this knife and the other knifes? Might be from the manufacturing process when forming the handle blanks under vacuum?

Belt satin blade is a lazy finish
My 2c. Absolutely not worth the money. You can get an amazing knife for $270 like the Buck Horn that just came out, a gorgeous Spyderco, or a top-of-the-line Vosteed. This knife just isn't impressive. Then again, I'm not a fan of straight edge.
