Just think...no waking up, packing up & heading to the 9 to 5. Wow. What a dream.
Wife and I love how Cody is fascinated by even the smallest things. The pine cone being the latest, but also rocks, landscape, and surroundings. We love you guys.
I enjoyed him talking about the quartz coming from the Ozarks that created the white sand beaches of Emerald Coast. Something I never knew.
Rodent proofing is real important when dispersed camping. And bears coming to visit when away from folks. Pack away even your tooth paste! Love your new place to live your young lives.
We live northwest of Albuquerque and are familiar with camping and boondocking locations in the Santa Fe NF. Visit Paliza Family Campground north of Ponderosa. Great first come first serve campground with widely spaced campsites. No hookups. Ask the camp hosts where the good dry camping areas are just to the north if you prefer. Check out the nearby Goblin Colony rock formations and Pueblo ruins.
I'm here in Kentucky, but find New Mexico stunning! A different change. Kentucky is amazing too.
@14:45 - 😳 wow! that’s Olympic level coordination, timing, and synchronization.
U two are so polite and relaxed so cool
I have found that sometimes just camping slow moving slow is so much easier.... now that full time you may be able to slow down some.
That was great yall. Amazing scenery! Look at that beautiful sky out there. Hope you are enjoying those refreshing days outside away from this AR humidity, I am jealous🤣. Really proud of y’all ❤️
Hi just wanted to say thanks. I love your channel. I am 70 yo married man(to a woman) sad I need to clarify that yuck. I have cv19. So laid up in isolation. Your vidz help me feel not so isolated. Love your cooking too!
You are correct on the Aspens! They are actually the largest living organism because of that fact. Another awesome fact, is the powder on the bark is a natural sunblock!
Slow wayyyyy down and relax for sure. This is now your life and not a quick weekend out and back. Love the videos and the journey which has become the destination. Enjoy.
Live slow, but make money fast
Ya'll look so happy. Those smiles are bigger than they usually are......smiles of FREEDOM !!!!
12:32, that makes me nervous. It reminds me of a buddy who had to have a new wiring harness put on his new Dodge Cummins after a squirrel got inside his engine compartment and chewed his up.
That’s a really nice spot you’re camping at. I like it.🌲🌲 The tea with the fire to relax looks great. And all the sounds of nature that y’all get to wake up to is tranquil. Lucky!!🦋🦋
Kentucky has "Hollers" so deep you have to pump in sunshine.
Glad you guys are finally getting a chance to relax & are feeling better. And what better place to relax than at that beautiful campsite. Like they say, nature heals! Take care.
Also wanted to let you guys know that it was because of watching your videos and honest experience and presentation, that I bought both a Jackery 500, and 1000. I also bought the Joolca Nomad kit and shower tent. So, let your sponsors know. I had already bought two Rockpals 100w parallels with the 300w generator because of how much haze there is in Kentucky. Figured I needed two 100w folding panels to generate a minimum 60w. I bought the Jackery 1000 because of the high input of around 120w when there isn't haze. Have to catch the solar as fast as you can, as quick as you can. Bought the Jackery 500 to use with with older non-parallel Rockpals panels as for everything else. Jackery 1000 to make sure my 12v refrigerator/freezer has no power issues.
Pro tip on the Roux. The less you cook it (less brown), the greater its thickening potential. The more you cook it (more brown), the more flavor it will add. A principle I learned at the New Orleans School of cooking.
Watching you camp cook is so soothing I’m like aaahhh zen! Happy for you guys!
Yes, Cody; you are correct about the Aspen trees. I’ve heard that it’s especially amazing to see them in the fall, because, when they change colors, they do it all at the same time!
Great video! Thanks for sharing. Goldie in Jacksonville, Florida
You are precious and love the video!
That is the life!🏕🪵🐿⛰I love watching you two getting to enjoy your travels more, not being rushed and the tips you give along the way is awesome.
If you are still in the Rockies in September, you can see the aspens and their gorgeous fall foliage
I love that scenery!!! Wonderful spot to live for a while for sure!!!
Pretty flowers
We loved out west, can't wait to go back. Thanks for showing it to us through your eyes.
The spark you two have is really the deep draw to your channel. Don't lose it! Godspeed in your travels m
you need to sometimes adjust boiling time for high altitude cooking as water boils at lower temps at higher elevations.
The new hood struts are great 😊
Glad to see you guys back in the bush! Your natural habitat. Where your the happiest, God bless
WOWZIER just beautiful.
So happy for you guys and getting to live the awesome life you wanted to do. Stay safe out there.
"Blowin & Goin' " I'm gonna need that on a tee ASAP haha
Another great video!! Looks so peaceful with the creek !
You are right about the a grove of aspen trees sharing a common root system. Welcome to New Mexico, you’re in my neck of the woods.
You 2 look damn happy being out and about like that. Congrats on the dream guys.
No knocks...just ideas. Love you guys!
Sooo pretty. You two make it so pleasant .
Great video, looking forward to following the journey :)
You guys look much better since getting some rest! Congrats on the new life!! 🍷🍾🎈💗
Looks so beautiful there!!! That stream sounds Heavenly. So glad you Il u are unwinding & staying a couple days.. Yum on the pasta Kellie. Anxious for your book.
Such a beautiful spot! Looks like you are both feeling much better.
It's good to see you rested and back at it. You could really tell you two were not feeling it in your last video. Excited to see more videos on your new journey!
Love seeing you guys go full time! I'm jazzed!
Love your recipes and cutting board. Have fun! We have a pop up camper- we are old but love to camp when not having health issues , lol.. Love your videos!
I’m really diggin where this is goin. Thank you for bringing me along and definitely see ya on the other 😉
I'm absolutely with you on those little rattles. They drive me nuts. Also, really enjoyed the 3 minutes of ASMR at the 26 minute mark. I think I dosed off a few times.
Thanks for visiting our beloved area! We know it's beautiful, although it takes others to appreciate it and add the magic to video. Beautiful!! Thank you both!!
Wow! Needless to say I LOVED the video! Thanks
Welcome to our neck of the woods. WE were just backpacking up in Pecos Wilderness last weekend. Love that area, real natural beauty. Great great hiking trails up there, you should have gone to check one out. Nothing like it.
Great video guys. Love the videography so pretty. Have to order a cutting board.
Great first spot guys!
That pasta looked really good. I like how y'all show the camp life and cooking.
I’m sure I’m not the first to say the both of you look so happy and content💖 love your videos. Thank you for sharing in know how much extra work it is to live it and document it all for us to enjoy. Truly generous 🥰🙏🏽his bless and keep this happy and health the rest of your journey💃🏽🕺🏻🥂
Ps love the ants and prairie dogs 👏🏽
so jelly..thanks for taking us with you..excellent drone vids,,,cant wait for next location.
Love the beautiful views😍
Yes, each aspen grove is a single organism. In fact, the largest living thing on earth (allegedly) is an aspen grove referred to as Pando found in UT's Fishlake NF. It covers 106 acres and is made up of approximately 47,000 trees! Maybe y'all will get to visit it on your journeys!
So awesome. Feel like we are just tagging along with you guys. This is better than most tv series I’ve seen. Safe travels.
Guys. There is a noticeable change in your voices and attitude in your new life style. Congrats! Sooo jealous.
Beautiful!
Just now watching. Been outside Mountain View for a week exploring without phone service. Can’t wait for the cook book looks like a cool place to camp. Too bad someone damaged the trees in the camp. Lots of that happening
What beautiful sights
My husband is the same way with noises in the car while driving. 😆🤣😂 He also stops to adjust to silence the noise. Half the time I don't even hear it.
This is a beautiful campsite, missed where it is ,,
Santa Fe national forest
fantastic as always,so glad u guys r on the road!!! awesome dinner miss Kelly,I would have added a glass of wine 😂🍷Cody my brother, u guys be safe and always be mindful of bears in the high country.thank y’all so much for taking ur fans along, love u guys👍
It helps to put solar lights underneath your vehicle to help deter them also.
You guys camped where there's fresh bear markings on the trees. Glad you made it out safe.
Would like to see how you clean up and do the dishes after meals! And deal with leftovers…
Your in luck. We have a video in our “Camping Hacks” playlist where we cover this topic.

So much goodness in this video! The pasta, the breakfast burritos, the views, the squirmunk stories (lol) Always sad when the video ends! :)
Santa Fe is my favorite forest.
Prairie dogs? Without seeing hard to tell. I miss home. Thanks for sharing.
Cody ur right, they are chipmunks 😂😂😂 fun to watch, but yep, they’ll move right in!!!
Beautiful country. Have you guys ever thought about coming to Michigan? Especially the Upper Peninsula.
I Love Yall!
Yes ,bambo is really hard
I’m looking at you making that sauce and thinking man I would love some milk gravy and biscuits lol
seems like you have no bugs around you!
Woot woot... 3, 2, 1!
Jonathan remembers that meatyor chicken 🤣 had me laughing over here
Awesome video💪 great to see you guys are resting.
Yummy I love olives
Since you're going to be full time now you might want to look into getting a garmin inreach. That way when you have no cell service you can still message your loved ones to let them know you're OK, or to have them call call a tow for you if you get stranded. It also has an SOS button, so if you get into serious trouble you can just hit that button and it sends your GPS location to emergency services. I'm not full time but as a female who camp's alone I always have mine with me.
Nice!
great video, the food looks delicious! can you provide the coordinates of your campsites in the videos’ description? i’d appreciate it
Go to cache creek Colorado near Granite Colorado and get some good gold!!
I have that same tea pot
Can’t wait for starlink to be done!
Don’t wast your money, only works in perfect situations.
We just looked it up. Very interesting
Looks like a golden mantled ground squirrel 🐿
Hey Kelly look up muffaletta sandwich if you like olives check it out you might want to try to make one
You should go 4wheeling more often. It’s the thing to do in the southwest.
Two wheels are better than four. Can go where four doesn't, and lighter to haul.
Those two trees don’t look very healthy, missing bark. Be careful and enjoy. I love watching your channel.
Beautiful place but I don't think I would camp by the the trees that the carpenter ants are make weak by tunneling in them.
Y’all watch where you’re spending the night do your research about the area.Especially if it’s remote.
Chipmunks can cause all kinds of issues....best to keep them out of your vehicle, camper and tent...safe travels!
That pasta looked great and simple enough for camping. Thanks! I imagine that your could add chicken or bacon or both, that’s just me. :]
I’ll never forget when you lost the drone and cross country trekked to find it. I told you it would have been cool to fly it to camp and walk in telling her you couldn’t find it lol
I remember that burnt chicken, it was hilarious ...Im in AlbuquerqueI would of loved to have dinner with you guys, congrats on your adventure, and please be mindful of leaving your stuff unattendand use game cameras for peace of mind when your away exploring. Peace out
New Mexico cuisine is tops! Better than Tex-Mex!
Those little creatures that look like a cross between a squirrel and a chipmunk are flying squirrels. They were in my attic and the exterminator called them flying squirrels. Destructive little creatures!
Mice. When we're out west dispersed camping in our rv we shake some cayenne pepper all the way around and under our class b Travado. No mice.
Fun,fun,fun.....
