Hey Peace be with you What is the status of the St Pius X Society? Are the Masses Valid in the eyes of the Church? I know confessions and marriages in it Church were validated during the year of mercy. the Novus Ordo Mass in itself is good but those who attend seem to lack more or more in the respect to God. The genuflect has all but disappeared from the Church I attend. the way people present themselves before God, the lack of respect shown when people are in the Church in the presence of the Eucharist is terrible, and so many other little things that make me think the Church has lost its holiness. Whereas when I went to a St Pius X Mass the Holiness was palpable. God bless you
the Lord guided me to the SSPX. I was raised Latin Rite although my family held onto the ole Celtic Rite that was adopted by the Roman Rite. However with the recent uncatholic traditional notions from the vatican, the Lord is drawing me towards the SSPX.

What would be the incentive of staying with the SSPX when Archbishop Lefebvre clearly stated that the SSPX should not fully return to Rome until Rome has accepted pre-Vatican II Catholic Doctrine??

Latin, Greek, or Aramic the Mass was the same...The NO Mass changed the Sacrifice to a Celebration, in addition it rewrote/deleted much of the Mass of all time. The NO also deleted sacred music. That all being said, The NO is not the Faith I was formed in, Therefore I find Grace attending my SSPX Chapel. Pax vobis!
FSSP & ICKSP are 'ordained' by 'Novus Ordo Bishops'. The Society is extremely vague on answering any questions related to all of the changes and Heresy from 1951-1975.
They believe Vatican II is a heretical council which has caused the Church to be in a state of heresy and turmoil. They see themselves as the true Catholics that keep to tradition. They are not sedevacantists but they have a strong dislike of the direction of the church.
Also the FSSP is different from SSPX. The FSSP is in communion with Rome and the Pope, so it is perfectly okay to attend their mass. The SSPX is not in communion with Rome so we are not allowed to receive their communion.
May I please recommend to your charity those priests who have been forbidden by the Maronite Patriarchate in Lebanon 'under pain of excommunication' (as I was informed by one monk from the LMO) from the unjust command of offering the traditional Maronite holy sacrifice of the Mass? These sincere monks, who follow blindly, need a courageous and saintly man to lead them back to the truth. Thank you
Why use only the WORD "ATTACHMENT to Roman Pontiff" and not 'SUBMISSION" which is a more clear form of OBEDIENCE? How can the future of the Church be in tradition? when God desires in the end Unity as Jesus said 'that they maybe one as we are one'...if SSPX cannot reconcile w/ Rome how can it be the Church or the Faith the God can use to achieve Unity among other Christian & other faith? it would be highly improbable in human terms...but in God's design I know that the Holy Spirit will use an instruments In His Time to effect the reconciliation.godbless!

There's a bit of a mistake in the video. The Pope is not the Vicar of Peter. He is the Successor of Peter and the Vicar of Christ. :)
