- Davy Jones Q & A set from 1997 Monkees Convention, with some of his band members - David Alexander, Wayne Avers, and Jerry Renino. They play some songs, tell some jokes, and take questions from the audience. Some cute banter and interaction here!

Thank you so much, Mary, for posting these!!!! I went to this convention, but I don't have a record of it at all. Such great memories! Thank you for sharing this!!
So great to just be with Davy and enjoy his humour and the fun , sweet, talented person that he is ! I hope everyone's seen his hilarious takes for a bank commercial when. he was quite a bit older.
Davy's in a rare mood during this interview...
Oh, what a shame it ended. That was great. A lovely side of Davy to get to see. Thank you xxx
Davy was at his ultimate creative peak between 1996 and 1999. I wish he'd recorded an album of just him singing songs while playing an acoustic guitar, telling stories about the old days, and sharing a few raunchy jokes. I think it would have sold extremely well and it would be a great treasure to enjoy today!
Davy roasting the guys is priceless RIP DJ
What did he say about Peter at start? X
I would of definatly gone to that one and not missed it had I gone to that convention!
love this
I wonder if he took guitar lessons after the Monkees?
Ha weird i prodiced this convention i got a video of it and it was awful quality at least the video was.. i asked davy about three years ago i was going to do on another convention as it had been ten years, he declined, i had a feeling it would be the last.. the convention was a LOT of hard work and i learnt alot about people and trust lol but the fans and the turn out was amazing have you got the rest of it?
