Polaris Pro R and Turbo R for your Polaris xpedition and Polaris Ranger 1500XD
You can find them on Facebook marketplace, pretty cheap and theyâre decently abundant on there. Because most pro are people are going to 35s.
Iâve seen a whole lot of people claim that putting 32 inch and above on your expedition will quiet the cab noise. We will see you in the future video.
Just a fyi, if your tires measure 30â and you go w/ 32â you only gain 1â of vehicle height. 1â on the bottom side of rim and 1â on top side of rim. If your tires are true to size.
Had not thought of it in that way đ
Correct , every 1 inch larger tires you gain 1/2 inch ride height
Your helpers are awesome in this video â€â€
They are!
Thank you for this video as usual Drakes clear concise and to the point . I was always confused by the rim sizes . Thanks again buddy
No problem buddy. Youâre not the only one itâs confused. I see someone on the forums daily asking about help on rim and tire size. Itâs confusing and I was there also at one point. Glad to be able to help
@@americandream_89 Thank you for replying, if you donât mind me asking which defender forum is helpful ?

Good video! Thanks for sharing it.
You bet! Thanks for chiming in buddy. Hope your well
Bought a set of these for my Rmax two of them were badly out of balance they are cheap for a reason. my dealer took them back. I ended up with a set of Hankook MT2 light truck tire they are awesome
Thanks for the info. I plan to go to rockzillas at some point.
Happy Veterans Day buddy to you and your family. Thanks for the wave Wells. Your a great helper for your dad. Great video. I was wondering if the expedition gets about 200 miles a tank full like Polaris claims? Whatâs your thoughts on the new Segway super villain sxs?
Was wondering if you could tell me what beta do you run on your phone and watch, bc Iâm needing to upgrade very soon. Thanks and have a blessed day!
Itâs been a great day with family buddy. Hope yours as well.
Wells isnât camera shy and is eager to help. I really donât think it will get 200 miles at least not in my driving experience. Maybe out cruising at 30-40mph flats.
I love the thought of the new villain power! Iâm a Hugh fan of hybrid. Its suspension looks great also. My concern was its weight being over 3000lbs. Itâs got the hp to handle it but jumping it or slow hill climbs in the east you would feel gravity against you. I also hate its directly owned by China! They have parts in all machines. But a full machine by them I initially wouldnât think quality as my first thought.
I run Apple beta straight from their site. You can enable it from your settings. It lets you use features that havenât come out yet. Although every now and you will have a hiccup usually itâs worth it.
Have a blessed night buddy
@@americandream_89 I just had a moment to lookup the Segway and there top of the line is under $20k which is interesting. I agree with you about being fully made in China. Hope you and the family are doing well. Have a blessed day buddy.
@@ethanh9535 I think for what they offer especially from an infotainment system. They are priced accordingly. And Iâve seen them perform in the woods very well. Iâll be excited to see content come out on this.
Someday Iâll have race UTVâs on the channel Iâm sure Wells will be enticed by them
Hope your day is great also!
@@americandream_89 Dirt Trax on here has videos out on them. Seems really impressive for what you get. Wells would be begging you to do that. Let him know that he has a fan which is me. đ. Idk if Segway has any dealerships in the US or not? Iâd like to see one in person and maybe test one out?
So what are you thoughts on a 8.5" wide wheel w/ 38mm offset? How would that compare to stock on these Xpeditions?
I think the best offset is a 4+3 on the xpedtion.
To answer your question on the 38mm and 8.5â wide wheel I think it would be fine if you installed a tire that didnât rub. Factory rims are about 6â wide and a 5+1 offset. So the rim you speak of is 2â wider spreading your tire across it will narrow it slightly.
@@americandream_89 I thought the stock wheels were 7" wide? I cold be wrong. Ok thanks for the info. I ordered my setup and we'll see if it rubs. if my math is correct, the wheel will be .25" wider on the inside and 1.25" wider on the outside. I'm street legal and must have a "on highway" use DOT tire here so my wheel is 20"x8.5 w/ 38mm offset. Tires are Nitto Ridge Grapplers 265-60/20 and are 32.5" high. They are a square tires so may rub lock-to-lock. I notied the 32" tires you switched to are also square - so do yours rub? Thx again!
@@jaywalling6543 you are correct not sure what I was thinking about but didnât process everything correctly in my head đ€Ș factory run is 6+1 from everything Iâve seen making it 7â. But 32 inch tires do not rub it all. Iâve seen some with 33s that do not rub or at least thatâs what they say. Iâve seen others with 33s in the woods.
If you do have trouble you can always install forward arms
@@americandream_89 Nice. Yeah, I've seen some using 33's w/ no problem but I think it's a round tire which allows a lot more room. The square ones like I'm getting may rub but we'll just have to see. Hoping not since your's dont. Thanks again and have a good one!
Go 4+3
I agree
