I wouldn't say the worst, but it is a hard watch. This type of football only flies if there is a trophy at the end of it. Be careful of what you wish for. I can't recall any Spurs fan not celebrating like they'd won a trophy when Conte was appointed, but this is how he sets his teams up. If Spurs fail to win anything this season, I can see both Conte and Kane leaving. Conte, because he doesn't handle criticism well, and Kane because he wants to win something in his career and he's 30 next year, time is running out.
