Thanks for watching? Thanks for showing!!!
I like that design and it's apparent function quite a bit. Once it's open, it looks like a splendid fixed-blade. With that thinner blade stock it's no doubt a fine cutting instrument as depicted. Simple, elegant.... with historic mechanicals yet futuristic in it's finish. Bravo.
Excellent as always review. Both content and your usual amazing production values. One minor quibble, one lingering result of two years of High School French three decades ago is knowing how to pronounce numbers. I felt sophisticated until you switched to English. ;)
Moin Stefan, Thank you for another cinematic masterpiece! Even though the knife is of course far too big for me, I admire the beautiful lines when it is open. Unfortunately, the 1925 also shows a massive edge standing freely in the wind. I'm afraid I don't really understand French knife design.... LG Claus
Great video again, Stephan. Informative and also, I enjoyed learning about a new knife maker. One question; the steel isn't familiar too me. Can you please give us some information about it? Thanks!
I e-mailed Marie and told her I want the exact knife as Stefan has....6 Weeks later it arrived at my house in Colorado. Love it !!! It's Beautiful!!!
Thanks for sharing this story!
Fantastic knife, beautiful review as always. Thank you so much Stefan.
You're very welcome!

Vielen Dank, Robert! Ich freue mich immer, wenn der eine oder andere Betrachter sein Augenmerk auch mal auf die filmischen Mittel richtet.
You, Sir, have again put a smile in my face.
Felicidades.

Full ack, I couldn't put it better. It's equally simple and elegant!
Your observation is spot on. That's exactly what I like about this knife.
How refreshing with a female knife maker! custom quality fit and finish!
I didn't mention it but, indeed, the build quality of the knife is impressive.
Your videos provide me great joy and that's a beautiful knife.
Thanks, Stefan.
Thanks, that's very kind of you to say.

Thanks! I'm afraid no French knifemaker would understand your strangely picky taste in knife design. 😂
Sehr schönes Messer und tolles Video.
Vielen Dank!
Nicht nur das Messer gefällt mir sehr gut, auch ds Video harmoniert sehr gut mit meinen Vorstellungen. 👍
Vielen Dank, das freut mich.
Beautiful knife in a great presentation.
Thank you!
3:00 A beautiful knife. But how does Alenox 18Cr compare to Sandvik 19C27 used by Atelier Perceval or to Sandvik 14C28N used by Roland Lannier?
I have only little experience with this steel myself but it's said to be similar to 440C.

Please learn how to spell my name. Thank you!
Sorry for the mistake, I should not rely on the auto correct so much.

Hopefully she makes a lockback style of this knife
A slipjoint is totally sufficient for food prep and eating.
