Being a Kolkatan, it really gives us pride and joy when someone from from outside Kolkata appreciates our food.
However, brother just one small correction - 18th century means years from 1701-1800
So if you want to refer some years in 18xx then it's 19th century
We are currently in 21st century :-)
And it's "Dim-er devil" or "Egg Devil" not dimer anda (as in Bengali dim means anda)

It's not mustard sauce it's called kasundi ,pungent in taste as compared to mustard sauce. You just need to dip slightly.Its called singhara and not samosa again taste slightly different from samosa
A different way of portraying Kolkata Street food... Great vlogging... But onr thing .. the pronunciation is Dimer Devil ( दीमेर देविल) , not डेमर , and its also not chittaranjana, its Chittaranjan the inventor of sponge rosogolla
