#1, the light was green when the car entered the intersection, the left-turn was "not in safety." The driver did not speed up.
Yep!
right
#1 Our vocabulary word of the day is: Onomatopoeia. This is when a word sounds or imitates the way it is spelled. Example: When a 737 door falls off mid flight, the sound the door makes when it bounces off the ground is... BOEINGGGGGG
Lmao
Omfg amazing ✨
That strange looking vehicle in the last video is the fuselage of the Boeing 737-9
Wow - has it fallen off?
I hope they check the door plug bolts...
It’s new. That’s how they are delivered before applying the airline’s livery.
@@macdjango I laughed way too hard at this. LOLOL
That makes a lot more sense. It didn't look anything like the weiner mobile. Too long! Lol
I was traveling between San Antonio and Phoenix overnight and I encountered a very impaired driver near Kerrville. Called 911 and they immediately dispatched nearby police officers and stopped the car. Later that night I got a call from the sheriff’s department thanking me for calling it in and asking if I would be willing to be a witness in court if they needed me. If you see something, say something! I have no sympathy for drunk drivers.
me either! somebody in my highschool lost their life to a drunk driver at 17 years old, i have no sympathy for driving drunk or under the influence
6:03: I don't think Mayer was much better than the other driver. He was originally tailgating at the beginning of the video and then speeding later on.
Would almost guarantee that is why the silver car was suddenly going slower than the white car after the convenient clip edit.
My car has the same safety feature when somebody is tailgating of ensuring proper speed for the distance the vehicle behind is following at.
Can make it difficult to pass.
Though my car has another convenience feature. It speeds up a bit when traffic is behind and at a safe following distance to help me pass faster.
Honestly, the dashcam lens could be distorting perceived depth a bit and could be portraying Mayer as being closer to the Accord in front of him than he actually was. However, I agree that he may have still been riding a little too close to him and probably should have made some more space in between himself and the Accord.
@@mattbritton7549 Well, it is not about appeared distance. I rarely make opinion on that. What there is, is relative difference. IE, how long something passes lead vehicle to cammer vehicle.
Plus in most cameras, objects are closer than they appear.
'Was closer than it looks on video' being a common caption.
If it was further away, it would have a very compressed view, not fisheye effect.
@@russelljacob7955 Oh whoops yeah you’re right, I flipped it around by mistake lol
Driving too fast for the road conditions is not "doing everything right".
Exactly what I was going to say; When you are faster than everyone on the road and in the rain, it will result in an AVOIDABLE COLLISION wich is NOT an ACCIDENT. Dani had enough time even at that speed to stop, had he been paying attention!
Agreed. He had time to slam on the breaks. Even with the rain, that could have saved some damage at least.
Totally agreed, he was going way too fast for conditions
Dani needs to learn how to drive in the rain. He was going way to fast if he'd been paying attention and not passing everyone he could've easily moved to the right and avoided a collision. You always leave yourself an out just in case something like this happens. He could've killed someone.
BMW had their turn signal indicating they want to move to the right, Mayer sped up and passed on the right. Also, BMW didn’t brake check Mayer at all, not even close to it… they were slowly breaking due to their speed to avoid bumping into the Honda Accord in front that was camping on the left
Everything's a brake check now.
I'm confused on the first video how is the vehicle going straight speeding up to beat his yellow light when the light didn't turn yellow till he was just over the crosswalk?
Exactly. It was still green and only turned yellow after he had reached the white line.
Maybe he's familiar with the intersection and knew it would be yellow soon because it had been green for so long? Just throwing out the possibility. 🙂
@bubzilla6137 my thing is it isn't fact tho at least from our point of view.. I'm looking at the facts is all
@@jamic19 I get it. They're stating something contrary to what the video shows. I was just saying that's a possibility. But there's no way anyone could have known that besides the driver, who obviously isn't the one recording and therefore not the one providing info. Notice I didn't say providing facts, just info. Info can be and often is incorrect. 🙂
@bubzilla6137 oh believe me I get what you were saying. Just saying something that clearly wasn't proven or isn't obvious to us seems false info. As you said only the driver knows so to say they speed up is giving false information. Unless the submitter talked with them and they said they speed up or we can see they speed we will never know.. but judging by what we can see in the video the driver drove threw the light when it was green then turned yellow as he was at the crosswalk.. either way the turning car didn't have the right of way.
Uh Dani #19 was flying past the other cars. So when you say that you can do everything right and still crash, I would say slow down in very rainy conditions.
Saved me from posting same, he was driving way too fast.
I agree. It’s against the law to drive at a speed greater than what is reasonable for conditions and the fact they were passing people in the rain proves their speed was unsafe.
Good catch. Absolutely unsafe, incorrect.
Dani can’t drive. He’s more dangerous that the other driver
But that had nothing to do with the accident.
0:30 The driver of the car that hit the SUV did not speed up to make a yellow light. The light was green until about 1 second before the collision. The car was probably driving the speed limit when the SUV appeared in front of them. Its even possible they couldn't see the SUV until there was no time to react due to that being an intersection with vehicles waiting to turn left.
as a very old german man i can clearly say:
"my heart slipped into my trousers" is 100% a german thing ;)
I must be dyslexic, because I read "very old German *car* ", and I had some questions lol
Oh, ja! "Das Herz ist mir in die Hose gesucht." Ich liebe deustche Redewendungen!

You can also see that the van managed to steer to the backend of that car to prevent any injuries on passengers..
common practice by van drivers
@@corl4147 van crashers*
In all reality do you really think it prevented any further injuries? He hit a stationary car at a good 40mph. I would bet money the occupants sustained more injuries from the van driver hitting them, than the 3 bumps with the wall they had.
Not to mention the van driver had a good 5+ seconds to apply the damn brake pedal from the time of seeing the car spin out.
At first i thought, Why hit 2 cars instead of 1? But then this occurred to me that the trunk area would be safest as to not injure the driver or back passengers. Very smart.
@@Bryan24U10 I think you are almost alone with that thinking mate..
The guy in the service van was going way too fast in the rain. Never do the speed limit in the rain and always give yourself space to slow down.
there is nothing wrong with doing the speed limit in the rain, maintain a proper distance based on the weather is important though.
@@grumpywolfgaming Also make sure your tires are good.
He's going about 55 mph. We don't se a speed limit sign but it looks like a road that could be 60-70 mph. However, even if he was technically going under the speed limit already it wouldn't matter if he's still going way faster than the rest of traffic. Sometimes you should slow down even more, especially with a rain-slick road.
@@billbillson6779That's the M0 expressway in Budapest, Hungary (EU), which has the general speed limit of 110 km/h (~ 68 mph).
It has some lower limited sections, but I'm pretty sure all these wide, straight sections has the speed limit of 110 km/h.
Interesting fact that it is not a highway as the video claims, but an expressway. In the EU highways* usually have the general speed limit of 130 km/h (~80 mph), while expressways are limited to 110 km/h.
*The german Autobahn is an exception as it has some unlimited sections.
...and yes, the EU driving codes/regulations require drivers to observe weather conditions when selecting the appropriate speed for their vehicles. Failing to do so will be considered "relative speeding" even though the actual speed never exceeded the posted limits.
The driver of the van was most likely at fault here, but it is up to the forensic investigators to decide. They can reconstruct the accident scientifically which can be used against or can be used in the defense of the involved drivers.
Drive Safe!
@@billbillson6779 "still going way faster than the rest of traffic" some drivers cannot take a hint ! Speed limits are figured for a nice sunny day on best pavement with a well maintained vehicle and best tires and brakes. Still most drivers think 10 to 15 mph over the limit is OK in ANY conditions !
Fixing collision damage on an LC500 can't be cheap.
5:36 Mayer got mad for literally doing the same thing he was doing to the car infront, It sounds like Mayer needs a hefty ticket and points on his license.
Bro, that's not the Weinermoblie. That's a unfinished fuselage of a Boeing 737 Max being transported.
That's what I thought it was. But I also thought he was making a joke too. I found it funny anyway.
DANI YOU NEED TO STOP GOING MOCK 56 ON THE FREEWAY!!

#14, correct me if I am wrong (Canadian), it is illegal to cross lanes in an intersection. So the guy who hit the other vehicle wouldn't have been in the wrong because the other vehicle crossed lanes in an intersection.
I think it probably depends from location to location
I was thinking the same thing
It might be illegal, but many people typically adopt the philosophy of "Cop didn't see it, I didn't do it."
#19. That was quite fast for that road condition.
#14. It is the same for both lines that they have the right-of-way.
Yup. I never turn unless all lanes are clear. So many times I've had people suddenly change lanes when I turn. Even if they are 2 lanes over. It is nerve wrecking
This is why u can’t change lanes in or thru intersections in state of CT! In fact your to stay in right lane unless passing or turning left! But no one follows this! U see people in passing lane or travel lane going slower then the slow lane! The slow lane is for those cars going under speed limit! Where travel lane is for those within 10mph of or over the limit and passing is well passing then move back to travel lane!
NO the left lane is a passing lane. It has zero to do with speed. Its the speeding that kills. 😅
aircraft mechanic here! for those wondering why the plane in the last clip was "painted" green, it's an anti-corrosive primer used to protect the unpainted aluminum body of the plane as it's being transported from the manufacturer to final assembly and is removed only before the aircraft is ready to be painted.
#2: It was the amazon van cutting into the red car lane that caused red car to swerve. Owner should chase Amazon insurance!
I actually saw a cyber truck in Maine. It’s FUGLY! LOL!
The design of it means that Europe will be spared the thing. The corners are considered dangerously sharp. Corners must be radiused.
I saw a Cybertruck today going to my friends house in New Hampshire and I love it’s design it’s giving 90’s video game
It looks like a game model with no textures
That Cybertuck gets me so excited that I flooded my basement!
Cybertrash yeah
I really appreciate your warning about the strobe lights, for me they can be a migraine trigger. Thank you.
#5 at 10:24 - The SUV was well past the stop line at the time the light turned red. As long as your front two wheels are in front of the stop line, you are considered to be in the intersection and can complete your maneuver without running the red light. The cop gave him a bogus ticket. Ironically, if the guy had Jori's dashcam video, he could have used it in court to dispute the ticket.
First video. That was a green light. 💚
I literally just finished watching EVERY Wham Baam Dashcam episode and I gotta say, LOVE this channel! I'm currently working my way through all of the Wham Baam Teslacam episodes..... Hopefully someday soon, I'll catch my own Wham Baam moment on my dashcam to send in and be featured on a future episode! Keep 'em coming, Ben!
The last video I don't think I would have sent in, personally, that is Sprit Aerospace, the manufacturer of the troubled Boeing Fuselage's. I wouldn't want to show that I may work there.
Hopefully that one has all the rivets in correctly, and the doors installed properly, with no FOD left in it either.
I didn't realize another company made the fuselages. That explains why my Amtrak train from Seattle to Chicago last year encountered Boeing fuselages being transported via rail. We were in the mountains at the time and everyone in my car was a bit puzzled when we saw them.
0:22 That car was indecisive for a moment on whether or not it should go back down on its wheels or go onto its side...
18 on the way back from Ikea ? What did they buy ? A DJUNGELSKOG? A Livlig or a simple Blåhaj? I hope that they were all alright
You can't leave your first trip to IKEA without purchasing a Blåhaj. Shark fren is excellent fren
#13 was on the Palisades Interstate Parkway in New Jersey. What the cammer did was not safe in any way.
#11. That was one of the first thing I taught my daughter when she started driving. I don't care if the oncoming car has its right turn signal flashing but always make sure they're turning before heading out. Not long after that, we got behind a car who'd made a right turn but never turned their signal off. This person drove several miles before it turned off.
Love your channel.
Considering the number of cars that Dani passed while driving in the rain, maybe Dani was driving too fast for the weather conditions. He didn’t leave himself enough room for evasive maneuvering.
Thankyou for the warning about the strobe lights. my son has seizures, but loves your channel .. we have been watching since video #1
10:41 poor Sedona driver is like "yep its a typical Tuesday for me"

This will help learn the vehicle circle of life. Pedestrian < Mustang < Forte is what I have so far.
Always use them, don't ever believe them
1:21 - If you're tired while driving and you think you need to continue, do everything you can to stay awake!
Do not get comfortable!
Blast the stereo, roll down your windows, blast the A/C, anything to stay uncomfortable to stay awake.
Dani made the best possible move tbh, good job!
Exactly, everyone saying he did do a good job didn’t take into account the other car two lanes over and other cars behind him and swerving that hard in the rain would put Dani at risk of crashing
I always thought that it is illegal to change lanes in an intersection.
Or is that just common sense.
#2 video I think the van was speeding especially for the conditions of rain
A very hilarious way to end this episode
#19 Dani did their best to avoid hitting the driver 👍
3:20 hurts... I have a Ruby Red Metallic 2019 S550... I cannot IMAGINE how I'd feel if that were me.
Watching this on a road trip
Deckmaster most definitely saved lives. The driver of that pick-up was definitely impaired. The only question is "by what?" Impaired does not just mean alcohol. Drugs, over tired, medication, or anything else that reduces the ability to react properly is a cause of impairment. Here in Ontario, Canada the Highway Traffic Act does not include a charge of DUI. The charge is Driving While Impaired. Makes it very much easier to prosecute those who drive when they should not.
here in Aus (at least in my state New South Wales) we have three levels for being drunk depending on your blood alcohol concentration, a separate drug driving charge (split into two sub-categories: illegal drugs and non-medical use of morphine), combined drug and alcohol charge (for when you're drunk and drugs at the same time) and *then* we also have a DUI as a separate, much more serious charge, but is not as common and is usually applied in circumstances (such as serious accidents) where police are unable to obtain the specified readings and results to apply any of the more specific charges.
13: Ah, the Palisades Parkway. Too many people like to speed down that way. It's ridiculous.
Maaaan! Close call drivers be incontinent! 🤣
That's just crazy
Regarding number 14, I was exiting off a bridge trying to merge into the main road I wanted to be on, when a vehicle in the fast lane merged into the slow lane I was trying to merge into, which forced me to drive into the town centre to avoid a collision. Happily I was still able to get to where I was driving to without too much faffing around.
#20 0:13 The car was already past the crosswalk when the light turned yellow. I don't think they sped up to get through the yellow light.
#14 4:30 I frequently turn left onto a multi lane 60mph road. Once it's clear to the median, I start going and divert most of my attention to the right. If it's not clear, then I stop at the median and wait for an opening.
#1 12:13 That's a 737 Max 8 fueselage. The green color is a coating designed to protect the metal and is removed before the aircraft is painted.
0:20 not my dream car hitting the crv 😭
11:51 the guy that pit manuevered himself 💀
#6 - Driver is probably fleeing a hit and run (thus the early damage and reckless speed)
#1 - I'm pretty sure that is a Boeing aircraft fuselage on the way to final assembly. Hopefully the door plugs are secured with bolts...
1:33 This happened to me and my dad quite late in the evening when we were driving home.
So this dude was slowing down and speeding and swerving all over the place while flashing the turn signals. He was also wearing sunglasses (it was quite dark outside)
We informed the police about the driver and as soon as they stopped him, he shut the car down... ok
5:13 It doesn't matter if you are already speeding. In the sane states, the law says you yield to faster traffic. Let the more impatient speeder get the ticket instead of you.
9:45 Wouldn't you know it, one of the few drivers that doesn't merge too slowly is the one that merges too fast.
Last clip: That was the "Picklemobile", obviously.
0:54 Feels like I'm watching a train trying to hit the emergency brake, but it just keeps going. That momentum too strong!
#14 - I think Frank was unfairly stiffed by the Nissan's insurance company.
12:33 That better be one of EgyptAir's new B737Max8
Maryland mentioned 😊
Calera Alabama is a beautiful place for railfanning
9:59
I was in front of the accident when it occurred. Me and my wife heard the collision but didn't know where it was coming from
1:23 thats a hell to wake up to💀
#1 The turning car had a red arrow, therefore, a red light violation. I maintained traffic signals for 18 year. The green ball indicaiton would not be displayed if the turning car had a green arrow. It would be a conflicting movement. If that happened, the intersedction would go into flash in less than 200 ms.
11:55,reverse Hondabump aka PIT
I learned you need a dash cam when driving just for your own benefit and safety
The last clip was of the fuselage of a Boeing 737 being delivered to the assembly plant to have the wings and tail attached and then turned into a finished airplane.
I was following a car that was swerving all over. I called and they policed called me back saying the officer even thought they were drunk but it was a mechanical issue with the car.
That was not the Oscar Meyer Wienermobile. That was an aircraft fuselage with no wings or tail section.
also that mini van in danielas tesla vid probably ran that light red based on when the teslas light turned green
I recognize that highway in #2, pretty sure that’s the Anthony Henday, could be the southeast side but I could be wrong
8:20
There ws a cybertruck spotted in my town for the eclipse. There are no charging stations here
12:38 oh hey. It’s a 737MAX8. And the green coating is an anti-oxidizing treatment to prevent corrosion before paint is applied. Yw whambam
Number 1 : The Mazdas Sedan Light was green and when he was in the intersection it turned yellow , aka the crv is at Full Fault for the Collison
12:30 ,it's a brand new Boeing fuselage....probably being replaced by defective doors 😁
I love your videos i watch them when im bored also i cant get dashcams meaning i can record
The 10:35 looks more like that the oncoming car entered the intersection and was waiting for the straight lane cars to empty - when the light turned red and traffic stopped, he could exit the intersection. We have such places in Europe and there is usually a green arrow to exit the intersection after one side turns red and before other turns green. We can not know for sure as we do not see his lights - but he was definitely not waiting on the painted line that is seen far behind him.
The video is a ranking of collisions by severity level, very interesting.
Going off the idea of you teaching us, it would be great to see you teach us some actual law behind these. 😁
Laws use different legalese in each state, so that would be really difficult.
The guy that was faulted for tboning Altima , unless it's the particular State, even if it's his fault he could still go through his insurance and just have to pay for his deductible , his premium might go up but maybe better than paying that huge bill. I live in Phoenix and that would cover me in that case just pay the deductible that is why we have insurance and I have StateFarm which has accident forgiveness every 9 years.
SUV's light in the first clip was 100% a red arrow. Pretty much all intersections in that area of MD are going to be symmetrical, so the SUV ran a red.
0:55 exactly! sadly some will still see the footage and somehow blame the cammer
That was not the Oscar Mayer Weiner Mobil that was an airplane without the wings attached 😂
0:49 fun fact, the car’s computer records the last 10 seconds of telemetries from the car. And because you insurance own the car when you make a claim, they can look in the computer and deny the claim because you accelerated prior to the collision.
i thought you were not supposed to make lane changes in intersections for those reasons, maybe it differs between states but i personally make sure to never make a lane change when going through any form of intersection
In many places, it is perfectly legal. But as the comment says, the car already on the road has the right of way.
12:34 - That looks more like a plane fuselage to me
#5. Something else is going on here. If I'm correct, in VA and many other states, a turning vehicle in the intersection when the lights go from yellow to red, it still has the right of way to complete the turn when it is clear. The SUV was past the stop bar and inside the intersection. Maybe expired plates or inspection sticker?
For the video at 11:50: The Amazon van, in the lane on the red car's driver's side, decided to cut in front of the red car because the car in front of them was going too slow and that caused the red car to veer into the cammer's lane. Granted the red car should have slowed down instead of changing lanes, but hindsight is 20/20.
#14 that's why I never trust anyone to stay in their lane when I'm merging.
12:44 that’s a Boeing 737 MAX-9 fuselage in the unpainted version and without wings, nosecone, vertical stabilizer or horizontal stabilizer.
And so many people parking in the fast lane.
Passing
when you go through an intersection you don't change lanes so that car was at fault (depending on the state you live in) but generally it is against the law to change lanes in an intersection.
#14 did they only have third party insurance?
the green isn’t the final color the paint used is a green zinc chromate or zinc phosphate primer, which manufacturers apply to newly built aircraft to prevent corrosion.
I never trust a turn single until they make that turn
Dammit Frank, not the Lexus LC500. So sad
I believe in Los Angeles parking on the street is additional insurance coverage. 🤣😂🤣. I never do that in L.A.
