Hey there, I’ve been watching your shorts and seen a number of them with dumbbell exercises. Was curious if you’d mind doing a video on beginner kettlebell exercises as well please?
I honestly wouldn’t deep it too much. It’s a good habit to get in to as it will help your training to an extent and potentially help your mood too! So just worth taking consistently if you’re thinking of doing so
if you have kidney issues, you might want to consult with your doctor about taking it. and if you're going to get your blood drawn to test kidney function, its going to be incorrect and give false information
Be aware: Creatine Is still dangerous in hydosis and even in recommended doses, there is risk of kidney damage after extended use. Avoid using it with heavy consistency such as a suplament for your daily workout every say, and plan to eventually quit using it.
Then don't and do research on your own. You don't have to take things at face value, but blatantly ignoring something potentially informative is pointless. Do your own research and come to your own conclusion (it will likely be similar to that in the video as it is heavily studied and pretty well understood)
First time I've seen anybody talk about this and actually explained what and it does and how it's useful.
If creatine actually made people hold water like crazy, it’d be a staple must use thing for people with POTS.
Yup… I’ll stick to my salt pills!
This is actually a very good way of explaining it
I'm still very new at the gym but I love your videos so mucchhh
Glad they help 🙌🏼 keep smashing it

Not Barry at your local gym!
When the analogy is even more confusing and harder to understand
I’m thinking about starting creatine soon, is there anything else I should know when starting?

I don't believe it
That’s fine

You don't have to, nothing changes if you believe it or not, it simply is a certain way
