This was such a great batrep. I was really looking forward to the witch hunters list Steve made last week and I’ll be honest after watching the black knights crumble and the grave guard almost join them I really didn’t have high hopes for the VC. But that was a grinding comeback there, well played guys! Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Steve you say it is only a couple of bucks a month. The price in Denmark is more like 9 to 10 US$ a month… not same price for every one?
I just did the conversion. It’s like 25 kroner, totaling 3.63 US.

is it just me or is everything very yellow. especially the top down camera.
We will no use that Gaming mat again. it throws the color balance off
I'm not sure if it's justified but the banshee scream really feels kinda bullshit. And with all the changes to make things more interactive it just feels wrong, somehow
drilled on grave guard is unfortunately 2pts. a model. makes it a lot less attractive imo
I'm amazed at how VC's core could become even more trash than in past editions, now you cannot even use them to tie down units anymore because of the new mechanics.
At least you used to be able to force your opponent to chew through them for a couple rounds before they inevitably crumbled to nothing, now they just give ground and free up anything than can pass a normal leadership check. Pretty much completely useless 😆

I think it's something you are going to see in every list unless you agree beforehand with your opponent not to bring them.
I look forward to the narrative campaign where presumably there will only be one ring and maybe wars will be fought over it.
