Also the cap is -90% reduction, 0 supply is unfortunately not possible, but that means big powerful divisions benefit more from this, as 90% of something like 3 is far more than 90% of 1. Also combat width will kneecap after a while so high supply high stats (That's tanks) is the best. RT56 is also good as the added logistics companies give more reduction later game

Oof, 1939 planes with < 600 range :(. I guess in the really small air zones with relatively small plane counts, it's effective. .09 supply per div is incredible, 3 supply will cover dozens of divisions like that (aka local city supply will often be sufficient). Even with multiplicative stacking, it seems you can push it quite far if you want! Another interesting modifier is "non-combat out of supply", which you can stack commando trait + mass assault right to greatly reduce the penalties. Pairs quite nicely with extra supplies command ability + taking one of the special forces general traits that gives 240h extra supply; not only do they get > 10 days supply grace then, but they keep moving well even after that grace is up. Very effective for big SP encirclements if you micro it, while the production to set it up is minimal.
If you wanna see the supply network from all the other countries, like Russia, China etc. you just press ALT F4. Thank me later it is much easier take Russia or China with this trick if you know where alle the hubs and railroad is.
You should be able to queue your grant medals like mios, like you set it up at the beginning and then your units just put stuff in as they get it, the one thing is it would have to have an on off to not just steal your pp
My biggest problem with hoi4 is that im addicted to building infraestructure, like i wont start building civs or mils until i have one or two states with max infra
