    I have loved watching you blossom into the woman you are today, thank you for always taking the time to entertain us despite your very busy schedule, especially as a new mom- your hard work is very much appreciated. I wanted to ask if you come across or if you know of people starting medical school in their 40’s?

    Working in an urgent care, I was constantly annoyed when patients were sent to the ED unnecessarily. Many times, the FP and IM docs were not confident in their diagnoses. I often thought "Do they truly need to go to the ED?" Some of our PAs with ED experience were more confident than our MDs. Are fake nails allowed to be worn inpatient now?

    • @relaxationsoundsambience2724
      @relaxationsoundsambience2724 Před 2 lety

      I think with Covid-19 in the past 2 plus years, no one was sending patients to Urgent Care to minimize transmissibility and of course, the sickest patient will end up in the ED. A girl MD just has pretty nails with nail polish, don't look fake at all.

    • @MNP208
      @MNP208 Před 2 lety

      @@relaxationsoundsambience2724 That's interesting, because the urgent cares near me took on ALL of the sick, non-critical patients during Covid (the patients who were not in respiratory distress). They also did most of the Covid testing. My post above was not specific to Covid. Thanks for the clarification on the nails!!
