This girl's name is Iu, and she's a great friend of BTS, especially Suga, V, and Jungkook her biggest fan. V appeared as an actor in this song, and she asked him to be in her song, and this song really broke the Internet and achieved many records. V is a real actor and starred in a real drama on Netflix.
I hope that when V returns from military service that he and IU make this into a kdrama. Even though we all know how it ends, I want to see how the characters first met. Was he always blind in one eye, or did it happen later on? I want to see the characters fall in love and fight side by side to survive. I want to see when the cubes arrive and kill off other characters. I want to see their expressions when they see family and friends get killed by the cubes. This will be one of the most, if not, the most, watched kdrama in kdrama history! Everyone will be watching this kdrama. I will most likely re-watch it. I hope that Netflix, Rakuten Viki, Amazon, and whatever executives are jumping on this opportunity.

He didn't get a chance to eat with his packed schedule, was super hungry, and wanted to eat before practice but Jimin wanted him to eat it after because he wanted him to focus on rehearsal. When the video was being cast, they wanted a strong leading man, but also someone who could embody innocence. So IU said, "Oh, then V." He shot the video very shortly before entering the military.
IU also has a talk show called IU’s Palette. V, Suga and Jhope have all been solo guests. She’s a great interviewer. The backstory about V doing this vid is the director and IU wanted someone who was strong but pure (my words), and she thought “V!!”
In the mv, IU is deaf and V is blind in one eye (the blue one), that's why she covers the eye he can see with at the end because she didn't want him to see their end. And idk if you peeped but the camera allowed them to see each other beautifully despite the situation they're in (notice how their scars/ bruises are gone when it's just them, but reappears when they have to come back to reality)

I adore her. She worked with Suga before as well. "Eight" and "People Pt. 2" featuring and produced by Suga. Yes, V acts, try to watch Hwarang which he stars in. And also IU is a great actress!!! Many movies under her belt. She is sweetheart of Korea and princess of Kpop.

OK let me explain a bit about this video. V is blind in one eye, IU the female is deaf or mute. The cubes are killing/eliminating those who are not perfect. The cubes represents our society or those who hate on those who are different. V and IU are running away from this. Now when you see the scene where it shows the outside it is like the world has ended. Because nobody is perfect so everyone dies. This is basically saying g to accept those who are different, because if our society continues to isolate and mistreat those who are different from us we will ruin ourselves and the world around us. IU thought who could possibly have that, and called V. V agreed to do this MV with her, and he was leaving for military service in a week.

IU is a fabulous actress and singer and great friends with the BTS members. If you have time, I suggest that you watch the Korean drama Hwarang in which V acted, ( this was made in 2016). Our BTS boys are all amazing aren't they?

The original title was simply "Love Wins", but South Korea is fairly...anti-LGBTQ+ as a whole (younger generations are coming around, but progress is slow)...and being as the community - and ally's - often use "love wins" in the context of "who cares who you love?", unfortunately she had to add the "All" so as not to suffer from any backlash from the remotest chance that fans (or anti's) would hold the original title against her/think it was about the LGBTQ+ community.
I love love love this music videos. Tae and IU did such a beautiful job selling the storyline. I cried the first time I watched it. IU is often nicknamed Korea's lilttle sister. She's fairly well loved and such a sweetheart. It seems like she has built a friendship with Tae and to some extent Yoongi too. Both Yoongi and Hobi went onto her CZcams show for interviews when they were doing their promos for solo work. The behind the scenes for this MV was cool to see. The weather was really harsh and IU wasn't feeling well but they pushed through. Tae was such a light to cheer her on and he bought stuff for the staff to eat. Such a sweetie.
In fact, V is a pro actor. He acted in a tv show called Hwarang. She is an excellent actress( I met her in Hotel del Luna) and, even if she's young, is actually a Korean legend!

I cannot tell you how many times I watched this MV when it came out in January. I didn’t even remember the song the first I watched it because I was so mesmerized by the story in the music video, so I watched it again and again and again, now I basically have the whole MV and the song memorized…and I do not speak Korean, but I can more or less sing this entire song by IU.
I also sort of knew of IU before this MV, knew that she had done a couple things with Suga, but it was this song that really introduced me to how amazing of a singer she is. She’s the top solo female artist in Korea, been singing for 16, 17 years, she acts (haven’t seen her in anything other than this MV yet, though-but she’s in Hotel Del Luna (Netflix) and others whose names I’m blanking on), and she’s hosted several BTS members on her talk show UI’s Palette, including V, Suga, and J-hope.

Her stage name is IU as in I and U. She’s considered Koreas Little Sister and Army barracks have been known to empty out when she’s on tv. She and V have a lot in common in that they grew up poor and were mainly raised by their grandmothers. IU has had early fame and you should check out her earlier song called “Good Day.” She does a 3 (high) note progression at the end that will blow you away! She’s also a famous actress. I’m currently watching “My Mister” (2018) where she plays a blackmailer because she needs the money for gambling debts. Also, I highly recommend “Hotel Del Luna” She plays a haunted immortal who was cursed in her previous life. Her punishment is to run a hotel for dead people who don’t know they’re dead, or still need to settle old scores. She kicks a** in both of them! Both of these movies are on Netflix. IU is an award winning actress and singer. She is considered South Korea's little sister and is one of the best selling soloist in South Korea history! She, along with Jung Kook was chosen as having one of the top 200 best voices by Rolling Stones Magazine. She is the same age as Suga and debuted back in 2008, so she is considered a "senior" artist to BTS whom she extremely good friends with. She appeared on Suga's CZcams talk show (Suchwita) prior to his enlistment, just as Suga, J Hope and V appeared on her CZcams talk show (IU Palette).
You should consider watching all the Suchwita episodes with each BTS members appeared to promote their albums! They are so funny, infomative and entertaining! JK was on 2 different episodes.

Oh mercy, this makes me cry every time😢 IU is so good and sweet. Yoongi loves her and is a friend. She was going to ask Namjoon to do a collab, even got his phone # from Yoongi, but she said she chickened out!!😂 But she got Taehyung to do this with her and what a wonderful job!!
Jhope also was on her show and they really got along well. She's a fan of the guys, BTS, I think it's very sweet.

You really should check a duet by IU and V. The song is called Ending Scene and it’s one of the best duets out there. Also v and Jhope’s cover of ‘hug me’ is also a must watch.
IU is an amazing artist and one of Korea's biggest stars!! She can act and sing and she is has 2 songs with Suga. "Eight" and "People Pt2" She is friends with Suga (they are the same age) and V. She also has an youtube channel called Pallette and she had Jhope, Suga and V as guests (seperatly). Please check it out! They sing together and they sing eachother's songs. If I recall correctly, this was recorded the week before V enlisted. There are two different bts videos for the making of this MV; one from IU's channel and one from Bangtantv
