I apologize, but I can't help. When I do get skins it is because I budget and save up to get them. I understand your scenario, I used all my saved up spending money on the new years banner and missed the rerun of the crossover Flamenco.(by 50)
I also still have yet to solve the legalities of performing giveaways. In my state I would even need a license to legally do so. We are researching the subject, and making plans, but even for those we will need to budget and save for.
