I have the same issue about the elf. And just reached with a psychologist that some kids are more sensitive on this and can't stop thinking about the elf. And depends on how to handle . In some kids get confused the elf behaves noty, doing bad thing in the home in general but the kid can't because elf is whatching him/her and will tell "Santa" that the kid its being noty🤔 . Moste kids are just obsessed about what will the elf do to them. In my opinion holadays are the best it starts with el dia de la Virgen 12 Dec, my, daughters BD on the 15 Dec, Jesús BD and it ends on el año nuevo !! The bets is complet doesn't need anything els. So the movie came out after elf on the shelf. The elf and the shelf came out with a book. I have one for my 6 year old and it belonged to my 19’year before her.
It is a lot of work and stressful when I forget. When it doesn’t move it’s because it’s gone reporting to Santa how you’re behaving. When it has nothing to report it stays her and does naughty stuff. I now have my 19 year old help me think of things. My little one loves waking up looking for the elf.

I’m pretty sure all of us didn’t grow up with Elf on the Shelf and im a Latina BUT I started it with my daughter at 3 and now she’s 12 and she knows the truth and helps me me move the elf and friends every night, she does it for her siblings and honestly it’s tiring but the smile and them looking for them when they wake up makes it worth it 🤍

Honestly, you should speak and teach your girls English as their first language. I don't think I've ever seen two little girls look more Mexican than a Mexican lol😲😳 Kids in schools are very cruel, especially elementary and even kindergarten. Give them the best gift, English; to prepare them for success and be able to defend themselves too.
