Making a wick dipper out of paper clips

Here is a tutorial to make a wick dipper so you can snuff out the flame of a candle with minimal smoke and fuss. All you need is i) paper clips (you can get the jumbo ones but office ones are fine), ii) a pencil or skewer or chopstick and iii) cellophane tape. Very easy to make and I hope you enjoy this tutorial.
