Remember buying these moto vision full 250cc gp seasons in the early to mid 90s as a kid, watched them over and over. Now watching them all again on CZcams at 40. 90s mx was awesome, the best era.
Great channel.
The best era that you remember. I remember better. 73-85 was the best era in the USA. I remember that.
@@EarthSurferUSAeach to their own opinion. I've watched all the eras, may not of been there in the 70s but I've watched mx from then. In my opinon 90s across the world was the best era, the evolution of the bikes the racing, 2 strokes, affordability, and the personalities.
I'm not American but all I hear from the US fans and the US pros is that 90s was the golden era there too. But gotta love early to late 80s with RJ, Bailey, Ward, and all the others, which I was around to watch as a kid.
What an amazing spectacle the MXDN is!
The racing is grand. But I don't know why we race for our nations anymore. Every one of the governments treat the citizenry as dumb farm animals, taking the milk they produce, and leaving us a few things to play with so we don't get pissed off. I think we should all "race for our selves",---and make it loud and clear that this is our achievement, nobody else's. I will be missing the 2022 MXofN 4 hours from my home, (a place where I raced and went to a lot.), because the camping and local lodging for 2 people probably average about $500.00 for one night. I hope it rains hard all weekend. :) (September is the rainy season before winter in Michigan, but they might get lucky.) It is a sport for people with more wealth than average today. Glad I was a kid in then 70's and could afford bikes with a low pay part time job starting at 10 years old. I don't know what I would be today with out that opportunity and this industry. Probably a loser.
Historical day!! Loving this channel!! Keep the uploads coming!! 👌
Thanks! Will do!
Hey @@MotoVision99 can you please upload the 1993 MXdN
Really enjoyed that, loved listening to Kurt's comments especially his honesty. Malin was having his perfect day, with the factory engine in his 125 being removed before it had even cooled. Wow, hit pause and the magnesium cases stand out with the head looking as if someone gave it a sloppy silver brush paint. With a purple colour behind the head stay where it hasn't been painted.
Incredible how deMaria kicks the 500 as easy as a 125 after crashing the start. Amazing. This is the way a man kicks a 500.
Especially when he is pissed off. :)
amazing very beautiful videos thanks too much put other please
Good stuff man thanks👌
Really digging this hilly course.😀
Honda CR in that year was such a SEXY bike. Too cool, seriously
(Even KX and RM not bat at all)
Loved the GB jerseys that year so easy to pick out great videos keep them coming 👍
More to come!
I sure do miss the days when the 15 second board was just a handwritten sign on a stick held up by some random dude with a mustache.
great to look back at how we used to race - nice race and great to see my fellow Englishmen take it :-)
Malins ride was good, but his 125 was special,it was passing 250s and 500s on up hill sections
You can say it for sure
Have you the show from the 1990, 1993 and 1996 Motocross Des Nations?
Brilliant
Have you the 1992 whole world championship at all
I gave upmx at 16 in 91-92 and totallycut myself off from mx at that point so I have only recently started seeing that the riders I raced made it to national championship level, I could not have stayed in touch and kept my sanity. Too poor now
wonder who caught kurts goggles
Good stuff, I hear a four stroke! Who’s riding it and what brand?
Belgian rider. Husqvarna.
Jacky Martens
Have to let them win some or that'll stop it all together.
1:00:54 the vets racing
Nice loamy damp soil not a wisp of dust lots of traction. Like riding on a freeway.
Not even close for Michigan USA. We have more big bumps on our freeways. :(
A great day .god save the queen.;))))💪
I want everyone to notice how many people in Europe can afford a motorcycle and play, but when you look at America only a few can play. Proving that because they don't have to defend themselves and America does, we are poorer for it.
If you can ride a lap on a Harley Davidson, it is not a MX track.
That should be a rule.
1:21:10 Aren't they playing the wrong song ? "Let freedom ring" The USA succeeded from the British for freedom, and we sang that song in the USA as kids 50 and more years ago.
Not anymore. Nobody sings that song anymore. Freedom does not mean anything to anybody anymore. I think the song was murdered with the 2-stroke.
🤡
Herring on form.... Malin riding like a loon I don't think he sat down once in the first race lol
At least $300.00-$700.00 for one night stay or camping anywhere near Red Bud for 2022. It is a rich mans sport now. I will be riding instead. For 9 out of 10 kids who once were part of the market share, the sport is dead.
The track was to easy. They were all going the same speed. If it was a technical track they would've did better. If you didn't get the start you was dust
That is the way all the tracks are now. top 10 guys almost on the same second. The faster 4-strokes engines made the tracks faster, and now they are starting to complain about bumps that form on a MX track.
Fun fact: GP tracks had a speed limit. If too many riders got around it too quickly, more obstacles would be added to slow them down.
