    The reason for no betrayal is easy... One is the amount of money is enough to go around... Two is that once you find others in the business(even if competition) that are loyal, you don't get rid of them. Because someone you don't know will fill the void... Three is that you dont fix it if it ain't broke

    It's an interesting question to ask how do men maintain a certain level of respect for each other when greed is forever looming in the background..
    It's my understanding that triggered trauma, hunger, the cold and fear are what breed monsters of Men..
    So perhaps the environment in which these men were making millions of dollars provided a false sense of security... For a time anyways.

    • @managerialelitetoaster3456
      @managerialelitetoaster3456 Před 3 lety +1

      No. We've all got a monstrous side any explanation that posits hardship as a cause is an excuse. I mean you can make a good case that simply having an average life then being tempted with great wealth or power is enough for some people to choose evil. As we all see with many leaders in western countries today. Not to mention Lex just had a North Korean escapee on his show. She didn't turn into a monster.

      It wasn't a false sense of security. It was an actual sense of security, grounded in reality and fabricated rationally. They were, in fact, secure. For a time. They should've been secure until they retired of old age and the company ("cartel") lived on - none of this should've ever been illegal.

    Betrayal is bad for business including themselves. Like asking why isn't there a ton of betrayal at Apple. Idk, because everyone is stinking rich and no one is trying to rick that boat? The real treasury comes from business competitors and governments who work with the cartel. Also, not to mention that people get slaughtered for making honest mistakes so betrayal is last thing on your mind when you're just worried about double checking your math 🤣
