    Do you think this can help to realign dislocated carpal bone(s) that show have a noticeable bump in the top of the hand?

    I think I may have a carpal boss... would this help me as well? I know I will need surgery at some point but rn it's not an option.

    Im having lot of pain doing front rack and push ups, specially on the lunate bone, because i fell in my hand months ago and it started to hurt again... Should i do this exercise everytime before training or one correct time i do this exercise will fix this problem??? thanks for the video btw, very instructive

    Does this also help with carpal boss? after basketball shooting practice i have noticed it on my wrist. it doesnt hurt but i want to at least prevent it from getting any worse but i dont really know where to start.

      @@stelapema3437 ive had one for years and today it began hurting a lot. :/ its either surgery or wear wrist wrap or brace all day to prevent your hand from bending and causing pain
