"Remembering the Kanji" by James Heisig Good luck in your studies!

Rent is abnormally low in Japan. Typically, in most places, rent is priced to be 12-20 years rent = value of home. Japan, this is more like 20-28 years. I’m not 100% sure why, but some part of me thinks it comes from the fact that the Japanese real estate bubble coincided with the beginning of the consequences of reduced birth rate, so real estate prices stayed where they are but renters plummeted. Plus, what he said about moving is true: if you’re a student or a professional that got offered a job there, it’s super easy as you just fill out a form, send, wait, then get your visa, then fly over. Anything else is a nightmare.
The ringing noise in 4 p.m. tells children to go back home who are playing outside without their parents. At summer, it rings around 17:30 because the sun doesn’t go down so early compared to winter.
You can join a voice acting agency over there and become the guy who voices all the English speaking foreigners in anime that way the characters finally sound like they know how to speak proper English. I'm not even joking, it would not surprise me at all if an agency would be willing to hire you to fill that niche.

IDK, I don't consider that giant. I'm in the UK and my flat is bigger than that and my rent is fairly cheap. Not a horrible area either. Though, I think in cities it's a different story.
Don't think so, they are obligated to say that someone die in there if u are the first in rent after that. And later if that person moved out they put a price higher and don't say about the dead, but since is cheap and they don't tell nothing to Connor I don't believe that's the case

I realize this is an old video, but I actually learned English through forcing myself to read, watching none subbed movies and speaking using the language even with only a basic grammatical knowledge, 6 years of school had failed but this made me near fluent in 6 months. It was hard as hell though as I had to sit with a dictionary basically translating each word and then combining them at the end, I do think it's worth attempting for people who don't want to sit around in a classroom all day, especially with all the apps that lets you speak to native speakers of whatever language you want to learn.
I don't mean to sound offensive, but you need a lot more effort if you want to learn japanese in its whole(writing and recognising kanji), not just speaking

IDK, I don't consider that giant. I'm in the UK and my flat is bigger than that and my rent is fairly cheap. Not a horrible area either. Though, I think in cities it's a different story.
Don't think so, they are obligated to say that someone die in there if u are the first in rent after that. And later if that person moved out they put a price higher and don't say about the dead, but since is cheap and they don't tell nothing to Connor I don't believe that's the case

I realize this is an old video, but I actually learned English through forcing myself to read, watching none subbed movies and speaking using the language even with only a basic grammatical knowledge, 6 years of school had failed but this made me near fluent in 6 months. It was hard as hell though as I had to sit with a dictionary basically translating each word and then combining them at the end, I do think it's worth attempting for people who don't want to sit around in a classroom all day, especially with all the apps that lets you speak to native speakers of whatever language you want to learn.
Your hard work is showing. Most english speakers couldn't type that paragraph without making a grammatical error.
