    Photoshop and Lightroom baffle me. Love that you have a canvas of the oak.

      Keep at it Anne. PS & LR are a bit of a mine field but keep having a go and it’ll come together.
      Yes, had to get the Old Oak on the wall. Going to miss it! Thanks for watching Anne.

    Evening Mark. What an incredible image first of all. As transformations go that is up there isn’t it? It reminds me of a scene from Harry Potter, very dark forest-esque don’t you think? Personally I find vignettes can be a little over used and tired and I was always taught in my infancy that when using a cokin mask filter (yes I’m old school) that they had their time and place and it was easily exhausted. In this instance it holds the frame together very well. Your technique for the mist is great and the look and mood just oozes Halloween in my opinion. Great work and an excellent edit of a difficult image. Champion sir !

      Thanks so much Mark, very kind words. A super Gnarly tree this one. Know what you mean about vignettes, can soon be over used! Shall miss the New Forest for specimens like this!

    Hello Mark, which is the best choice, tamron 100-400mm (4.5-6.3), canon 100-400mm (4.5-5.6) for canon 5D Mark iii. I mean i need combo for a football match this weekend

    • @MarkKerton
      @MarkKerton  Před 3 lety +1

      Hi there. I’d say go with the Canon if you can. Better glass I think and slightly less aperture travel👍🏻
