Quality testing is a basic thing that any company does, whenever they buy any kind of raw material from outside. So Tangedco's quality testing department need to answer, that why they allowed low quality coal to be inducted and how it has managed to pass their receipt inspection process. It is hard to believe that no sample was tested from all the 22 shipments that had arrived Tamilnadu.
