Why shouldn't there be any action against that judge who granted him bail and asked to write an essay? This was totally a joke of the justice system. Such judges must be held accountable as well to restore the belief.
He was a minor by age and an adult by his actions.
He should be trialed as an adult in the court because what he has done is shameful and we can't expect this from a minor.
Sorry i disagree, if it was your child and they had done this would you say the same that they should be tried as an adult? This person's mental state is not of an adult and that is a fact. Even today there are so many minors literally driving cars or 2 wheelers and none of them are rich, do you want them to be sent to jail too then in case they got into an accident and tried as adults?

हमारे देश में तीन विषयों के सर्वोच्च इस प्रकार है, १. इंजीनियर (मैथ्स)
२. डॉक्टर (बायोलॉजी)
३. जज या अधिवक्ता( कानून या विधिक)
अगर इंजीनियर गलती करे या तय समय तक काम खत्म न करे तो उसके कार्यों का आकलन हो सकता है और गलती पर सजा होती है।
पर डॉक्टर और जजों के कार्यों का न तो समय सीमा है न ही उनके कार्यों के आकलन की पुख्ता व्यवस्था है।
अगर लड़के को जमानत मिलनी चाहिए तो बाद में जमानत खारिज क्यों हुई और अगर नही मिलनी चाहिए थी तो जिसने दी उसके कार्यों के संपादन में हुई चूक का क्या होगा।
