    My man can you please do a video about stacking drum breaks with audio clips there is literally no content like that on CZcams this is groundbreaking in my opinion thank you

    • @NxMusic1
      @NxMusic1  Před rokem +1

      Yeah I can definitely do that but I'm not sure I understand the audio clips part. But I do have a few tracs where I do stack drum breaks together so that is a nice technique I already use.

    How you blend those 3 drum loops so perfectly? Dope

    • @NxMusic1
      @NxMusic1  Před rokem +1

      They were both at the same BPM but time stretch probably could have fixed that. I think its mostly because they were just simple breaks so stacked together they didn't over power each other and made a nice mix. There were others I tried but didn't fit.

    Hi bro! Amazing tutorial! But I have a question! You say that I have to account from 1 to 4 to get a bar.. I usually like to make 4 bars but I have trouble because I don’t know if have to be a seamless loop or just a pice of the song don’t matter if is a loop or not

    • @NxMusic1
      @NxMusic1  Před rokem

      Thanks bro and sorry I'm a little rusty but I was trying my best to explain. It doesn't necessarily have to loop but in most cases at the end of a 4/4 chop the end will most likely loop around but not always. Also usually by the 16th chop you'll notice the sequence will come to an end or transition into a different part of the song. Hope that makes sense.

    Why not just using BPM chop function ? Does it makes a difference ?

    Please make video with different filter techniques, im new to mpc one, i make a beat, but i want to add filter in and out of my beats, i use xyfx but this affect the whole beat entirely, i want to affect a specific track, preferably the sample. Cant find a video that talks about these techniques. Peace. Great video and channel. 💯

    • @NxMusic1
      @NxMusic1  Před rokem +1

      Thanks! And thats a good suggestion. So if I do a video on the filters I use on the sample so I can quite the drums a little, remove the low end, and filter I use to get a bassline from the same sample, would that be helpful?

    • @user-bl9rl1co6q
      @user-bl9rl1co6q Před rokem +1

      @@NxMusic1 thank you for responding, much appreciated here is an example of what im referring to czcams.com/video/ocngO59Hvxw/video.html , in the beginning, that filter fade (in or out), now this affects whichever tracks you want (in my case, preferably the sample). I want to use this technique in and out wherever i please with sample, to swich my beats up, I used to have Maschine Studio and did this all the time, but i got the mpc one for the stand alone features, but all the other ideas you mentioned would be useful aswell. Thank you.

    When you copy to track do you keep the program the same or change it❓

  • @Jvaldes609

    Great video question how do you get rid of the clicks and pops in the sample chops?

    • @NxMusic1
      @NxMusic1  Před rokem +1

      They're a few ways to do this one is just moving your chops by the slightest back or forth until it subsides. Or you can mess with the envelope so that the chop fades in a little bit. I usually just use the top q-link that moves the chop by the slightest. I believe the key is to get the chop right at the transient to avoid any pops or clicks.

    Awe man I’ve always been pitching down my samples …. Never thought of program edit semi tone.. is that pretty much the same thing or? Lol

    • @NxMusic1
      @NxMusic1  Před rokem +1

      I'm not 100% sure but when you use semi tone it does speed up/slow down the sample as well as changing the pitch. Also semi leave less "artifacts" (if thats the right term) so it doesn't sound off as much like when you pitch a sample too high or low. That's why I like using semi tone.

    • @NxMusic1
      @NxMusic1  Před rokem +1

      Also a nice trick is to time stretch the sample and use semi tone if it makes the sample too fast or slow.
