Did anyone count how many times I said rewind rounds? 😜
Also, for the thread of isolation. It's not 12% of the time you get a severing burst. It's, every precision shot is 12% progress towards a burst. So divide 100% by 12% and you get 8.3. That means after 9 precision hits from outbreak and you get a severing burst.
Ah ok that's what that means. Light.gg's explanation wasn't very clear on if it was a 12% chance based on shot or hit or what.
Pretty cool build! I’ve been wanting to go back to Strand as I have stopped using it one month after Light Fall. I am really curious to try out the synergy of Strand with Outbreak.

It doesn't stun barrier champs. Having the unraveling rounds applied to your currently equipped weapon does.
